ERP Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid work environment)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead ERP implementation initiatives while also supporting presales activities and business development efforts. This role combines project management, functional leadership, client-facing presales support, and strategic system planning. The ERP Manager will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, offshore engineering teams, and clients to design ERP solutions that align with operational and financial objectives. This role also requires occasional travel to client sites to support implementation activities, user testing, and training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
· Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from discovery to go-live and post-launch support
· Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations

4. Team & Executive review Management

· Mentor junior consultants and build internal ERP capabilities
· Communicate effectively with executive leadership and department heads
5. Governance & Continuous Improvement
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation readiness
· Provide client training and guidance to ensure successful system adoption
· Travel to client sites when needed to assist with testing, training, and implementation support

Required Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

The HRIS Analyst II is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and support of HR systems, with a primary focus on UKG, iCIMS, and related integrations. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain security roles, workflows, system rules, and validations across HRIS modules within UKG and integrated platforms
- Administer and support iCIMS, ensuring proper configuration, data flow, and integration with downstream systems
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within iCIMS to support recruiting operations and leadership reporting needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between HR systems, third-party vendors, and internal applications
- Investigate and correct data discrepancies; lead error identification and remediation efforts
- Develop, maintain, and distribute custom reports, analytics, and scheduled dashboards for HR and business leaders

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience building and supporting system integrations (APIs, file feeds, middleware, SFTP, etc.)
- Strong reporting and analytics experience, including custom report development and dashboard creation within UKG and iCIMS
- Experience troubleshooting data issues and resolving integration errors
- Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR)
- Experience supporting system releases, testing cycles, and regression validation

Essential Functions:

Qualifications:

- Working understanding of project coordination activities, such as tracking tasks, documenting updates, and communicating status.

Strategic Leadership
- Serve as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership.
- Develop and execute annual IT roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Present updates on cybersecurity, infrastructure health, risk management, and ROI.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve operational performance.
IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee Microsoft 365 (Accounts, Licensing, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, MFA, Device Mgmt.).
- Manage and maintain our Azure environment, including administration of virtual servers (VMs), resource groups, storage, networking, backups, security controls, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for helpdesk in partnership with our co-managed MSP.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory, tracking asset lifecycles, ensuring licensing compliance, optimizing usage, and coordinating procurement and disposal to control costs and reduce waste.
- Maintain oversight and provide support for network infrastructure, firewalls, VoIP, and connectivity.
- Support and oversee all aspects of IT Project Management.
- Oversee JAMF and manage our fleet of Apple devices.
