About P2 Science

As P2 Science continues to expand its ingredient portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Process Chemist to support product development, piloting efforts, and the development of tech transfer packages for commercial production.
Position Overview
The Process Chemist will report directly to the Director of R&D Chemistry and will work in the P2 Process Lab that includes piloting and process optimization functions for transfer to Production. Responsibilities for this role will include planning experiments, operating the pilot reactors, and conducting downstream purification at the multi-kilo scale. The Process Chemist will also work on new process chemistry and reactor technology to advance next generation manufacturing technologies. All P2 employees must work in a safe and conscientious manner to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on process chemistry experience, is comfortable working autonomously, and understands how to develop experimental protocols, operate advanced reactor technology, and maintain detailed records for production optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Process Development
- Work with the Director of R&D to perform all work safely and in accordance with all P2 EHS objectives
- Carry out continuous piloting campaigns on advanced reactor systems for process optimization and sample preparation
- Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and recommend design improvements
- Design experiments to advance optimization studies across all key variables, including safety, economics, and sustainability
- Work to optimize downstream purifications to optimize for yield, purity, and waste reduction
- Assist in the invention of development of next generation reactor technologies for biobased feedstocks
Tech Transfer
- Work with the Director of Chemistry to prepared tech packages based on experimental data to transfer to production at P2’s manufacturing location(s)
- Work with the Process Engineers and Operators to answer technical questions and assist in initial production campaigns
- Help troubleshoot any production challenges, should they arise
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D to provide process feedback that informs new reaction development
- Maintain organized lab records and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering with 0-5 years of post-graduate process chemistry experience
- Solid knowledge/experience in chemistry and/or chemical engineering
- Be self-motivated, proactive and excited to make an impact on chemical process development
- Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills are critical with a great attentiveness to detail, accuracy, and timelines.

POSITION SUMMARY

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Process Engineer with a strong background in EPC project execution, proven history of developing FEED packages for chemicals/fuels and novel process scale-up, to assist with the design, commissioning and deployment of our first-of-a-kind (FOAK) methane-to-methanol conversion technology.
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and commissioning of a transformative, cost-effective chemicals production technology. In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary engineering team and support key engineering efforts across FEED, detailed design, fabrication, and start-up, partnering closely with EPC contractors, technology partners, and internal R&D teams.
This role is ideal for a mid-career level process engineer who is eager to apply EPC discipline to emerging clean technologies, and help scale innovative gas-to-chemicals solutions to commercial reality.
● Lead engineering efforts for FOAK systems from engineering design through commissioning, ensuring delivery

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical reliability and maintenance operations within a high-volume agricultural manufacturing facility specializing in extracted humate products. This role is highly mechanical and operationally focused, with primary responsibility for maintaining and optimizing spray drying systems, pumps, valves, rotating equipment, and bulk material handling systems.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs while directly supporting troubleshooting of spray dryers, thermal processing systems, and fluid handling equipment. This position requires a working leader who can supervise technicians while remaining technically engaged in diagnosing mechanical failures, minimizing downtime, and improving equipment reliability.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supervising maintenance teams in chemical, agricultural, or industrial manufacturing environments and possesses deep hands-on expertise in spray drying equipment and rotating process systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations across mechanical, process, and utility systems
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for spray dryers, atomizers, burners, cyclones, ductwork, and airflow systems
- Direct troubleshooting and repair of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, seals, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and drive assemblies

Medical Center is seeking a board certified / board eligible Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to assist with their well-established trauma program.
The incoming surgeon has the ability to walk into a turnkey practice as a successful and well-respected surgeon in the community is retiring and be able to do the full scope of OMF surgery. There is only one other OMF in the community. Inpatient base with new patient wait times growing!
Trauma call is 1:8 shared with additional local surgeons â€" plastics and otolaryngologists.
