What You'll Do
* Set up and operate advanced saddle-stitch equipment to deliver high-quality, on-time results.
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize machines for peak performance.
* Lead by example—some roles include supervisory opportunities.
* Keep safety and cleanliness as top priorities while driving productivity.
* Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with other saddle-stitch experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Reviews and approves timecards.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations and quality standards on the Plant floor(s), including contractor and construction projects. Provides coaching and follows up with technicians and operations to ensure compliance.
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies, process control procedures and monitoring, and standard practices.
- Troubleshoots plant quality, safety, and sanitation problems. Implements corrective actions to address and mitigate identified issues.
- Promotes GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food safety across the organization. Provides coaching and training across the operation’s teams as needed.
- Works closely with USDA.
- Reviews all paperwork to ensure proper procedures are followed. Investigates and escalates issues as appropriate.
- Assists with facility, customer, and third-party audits and audit preparation. Responsible for daily SOP audits.
- Participates in investigation of product failures and customer complaints. May provide recommended solution to management team.
- Communicates with all levels of management to ensure they maintain control of the process.
- Identifies opportunities and supports creation and implementation of plant processes and/or product improvement projects.
- Maintains the technical expertise of team with recurring training in all areas with their functional area.
Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
- 1+ year of leadership experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

In this role, you will work in a climate-controlled distribution center supporting pharmacy operations by filling prescriptions, picking medications, and packing orders for shipment to patients.
This is a dual-function position where time will be split between order filling and packing/shipping responsibilities.
The technician will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with pharmacy laws and client specialty guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Select, pick, package, and label medications and ancillary supplies according to prescription orders.
Accurately count medications using manual counting methods and automated counting devices.
Prepare prescriptions for shipment to patients while maintaining accuracy and production standards.
Follow proper hand sanitization and hazardous medication handling procedures.
Restock filling stations with medications and pharmacy supplies as needed.
Clean and maintain pill counting devices, packaging equipment, and workstations.
Enter data accurately into computer systems to support order processing.
Assist with inventory control and operational support tasks.
Perform additional Operations Assistant responsibilities when required.
Escalate issues outside the technician scope to the supervising pharmacist.

Job Summary
Guides the day-to-day activities for a team that ensures electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic servicing and efficient maintenance of production machinery and equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds. Ensures compliance with all regulations and company policies and procedures. Maintains a safe work environment and monitors procedures. Supervises repair and maintenance projects. Works closely with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors and/or supervisors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful delivery of team goals. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces and contributes to the development of systems, policies, and procedures.
Prepares daily budget report for cost center. Maintains budgets in assigned department(s).
Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained, including daily releases from supply. Ensures adequate time is dedicated to the Safety Accountability Process and the Maintenance accountability Program.
Oversee work order requests and the planning of a continual work schedule to maintain all company property in a safe and healthy condition to achieve the best working conditions possible for all team members.
Ensure proper maintenance of facility machinery and building. Conducts safety audits, equipment audits, walk-arounds, etc.
Tracks progress of open projects and ensures they remain on track for meeting all goals. Oversees capital projects.
Writes CERs (claim, evidence, reasoning) as needed to support capital projects and/or partnership with external resources for maintenance and capital solutions.
Directs the maintenance and repair of processing equipment, mobile equipment buildings, and grounds in a safe and efficient manner, including providing direction for relevant systems (i.e.., SAP CMMS, BOSS, etc.).
Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.
Recommend plans, and implements equipment needs to improve production efficiency and/or achieve cost reduction. Prepares key performance indicators and attends or presents at relevant meetings.

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
Work will be performed in a variety of conditions including a climate-controlled office environment(s) and in a manufacturing plant environment with varying conditions, such as cold areas, wet areas, warm areas, chemicals, and other site conditions. This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment.
The noise level of the office environment is usually moderate; the noise level in the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 DBA and require hearing protection.
Occasional travel may be required.

- Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with other saddle-stitch experience.

About the role:
* Primary care friendly Athena EMR. We provide training and 1:1 HIT assistance on first day of practice. (Dragon Dictation; templates, smart phrases, Up-to-Date access)
* 2 or more providers at each site
* You have 2 dedicated MAs and a receptionist - all are bilingual, plus you will have Language Line support provided. MAs are HIGHLY trained 3 weeks of boot camp initially and the model of care is that providers go in 1 time, with MAs having taken care of the rest.
* M-F work schedule; 8 hour shifts. Tuesday Friday 8:30am -5:30pm; Monday s our centers are open until 8pm; providers rotate covering the 11am 8pm shift.
* Telephone call only 1 week primary and 1 week of backup per year. Get 10-15 calls per week. Can go wherever you want as long as access to your phone.
* Each physician gets 3 exam rooms.
* Referral Center, once provider submits referral through patient chart, the referral staff will do pre-auth, schedule appt with patient, do follow up and pull chart notes from visit and add to patients chart.
* E-consults available for specialties that might take a while for patients to be seen - send documentation, labs, etc out and the consult will send recommendations back within 48 hours.
* Structured work flow, with 2 hours of charting/catch up planned each day, not including your uninterrupted lunch.
* 24 patients per day is standard goal, but not mandatory.
* J1 waiver eligible
