The Position

- The Interim Director of Nursing (DON), Pediatrics, will be responsible for the 24-hour oversight of nursing operations throughout the department.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim Director will have an oversight of multiple nursing services throughout the department and will be responsible for ongoing departmental initiatives.
- This leader will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team, physicians, nursing, and other ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient care while implementing and maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Compensation Details

- Compensation Range: $175,000 to $185,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.   1. Manually disassembles and cleans samplers, activators and valves.
  2. Checks and replaces worn gaskets and o-rings.
  3. Replaces QMI samplers when needed, not less than once per week.
  4. Ensures silo's are inspected and initialed before reassembling. Check titrations document.
  5. Empties and washes silos every 72 hours.
  6. Cleans whey separators with a wash daily.
  7. Assures whey and cream samples are at the laboratory as scheduled every two hours.

  9. Checks with Supervisor for silo rotation for pasteurization.

Drive for C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country on a dedicated account out of Tar Heel, NC. Consistent schedule with predictable mileage and routes. Delivers to the Southeast region with backhauls to NC

- Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Lane Details:

- All loads will be customer loads to either Florida or Georgia and every load will require a backhaul back into NC
- Set drop and hook backhaul locations in FL and GA Home Time: Home weekly, 34-hour reset, with no specific days off. Drivers will work weekends, holidays, and be able to run overnight. There may be opportunities to get home between loads, but is not guaranteed
- Ring mileage pay
- Detention pay
- Light-weight sleepers and haul all roll door reefer trailers
- Office staff and maintenance team on site

Driver Requirements:

- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 Years of age or older
- 3 or more months of recent Class A CDL experience
- Must have transportation to and from work as trucks cannot be taken home
