Role Overview

The Business Analyst will provide hands‑on analytical and project support to the Emerging Technologies team as it evaluates, pilots, and advances new technology solutions. This is an execution‑focused role that supports day‑to‑day workstreams, including building and maintaining roadmaps, supporting project management activities, preparing presentation materials, and handling ad‑hoc analysis and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Planning Support

• Help build, update, and maintain technology roadmaps, workplans, and initiative trackers. Introduce technology into the teams workflow (2-5 year) ideas & development.
• Support definition of milestones, dependencies, and timelines for pilots and emerging technology initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and documenting priorities, assumptions, and open questions as initiatives evolve.

Project & Pilot Execution Support

• Provide day‑to‑day project support for pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, including:
• Tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and action items
• Coordinating inputs across teams (operations, IT, finance, vendors)
• Preparing meeting notes, follow‑ups, and status summaries
• Maintain pilot documentation, trackers, and shared materials to ensure work stays organized and up to date.
• Support collection and organization of pilot results, metrics, and learnings.

Presentation & Materials Development

• Develop and refine PowerPoint slides and working materials for:
• Pilot updates and internal check‑ins
• Leadership readouts and decision discussions
• Technology overviews and roadmap summaries
• Update existing decks and templates based on feedback from senior team members.
• Help synthesize inputs into clear, structured slides (with guidance).

Business Case & Analytical Support

• Assist with building and updating business cases, including:
• Basic cost tracking and benefit estimates
• ROI and scenario inputs using provided frameworks
• Assumption documentation and sensitivity inputs
• Support data gathering, validation, and formatting for analysis.
• Help maintain models, trackers, and summary outputs used in decision materials.

Research & Ad‑Hoc Support

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our First Quality Retail Services facilitylocated in Lewistown, PA.

This position will be responsible for the creation, implementation and monitoring of all corporate & site Quality practices within their site of operation. Leading a team of quality professionals and driving a culture of continual improvement. Play a pivotal role and work collaboratively within the site management team, and drive quality engagement through all levels of the organization.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and planning to develop, implement and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance to regulatory, industry, and customer standards.
• Serves as the Management Representative for all site compliance and quality systems

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Business, or Science discipline.
• Three years minimum experience as a Quality Manager, Technical Manager, or QC Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (preferably FDA-regulated environment).
• Six sigma Green Belt certified, preferred.

The Role:

The MEP Estimator is responsible for developing cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. This position involves collaboration with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate budgeting and project forecasting for large-scale projects. The MEP Estimator plays a key role in the preconstruction process, contributing to informed decision-making and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP estimates (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for construction projects in the Mission Critical sector, in particular Data Centers
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and addenda to determine project scope and required materials, labor, and equipment.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector at our manufacturing facility in Seattle, WA. This role will require you to accurately evaluate and document receiving, in-process and final inspection of highly intricate prototype, custom parts and assemblies for a variety of applications from Aerospace, military, Energy Production and R&D. You will need to have an extreme attention to detail, skill in basic shop mathematics, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and personal discipline to document and report nonconforming products in an objective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Enact inspection activities to obtain objective evidence of compliance for CNC manufactured parts, assemblies, complex tooling, and other components.
• Interpret and measure features containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Use manual inspection tooling such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and surface plate activities to obtain compliance evidence for requirements up to the fourth decimal place (tenths) of accuracy.
• Create and review compliance documentation related to Receiving, In-process and Final inspection on Materials, Processes and Completed Products.

Qualifications:

General Summary of Position

Serves as a member of the Case Management Team and applies RN clinical expertise and medical appropriateness to care coordination and discharge planning. Facilitates the delivery of quality cost effective patient-centered care from pre-admission through post-discharge timeframe. Ensures the care is designed to meet individualized patient outcomes. Monitors the care and services delivered to selected patient populations during the acute hospital stay promotes effective case management and utilization of resources and works to achieve optimal clinical and resource outcomes for the acute and post-hospital phases of care.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team to develop and coordinate the plan of care.
• Communicates with patient family and/or significant other health care team external case manager community resources and facility to address appropriate issues and patient/family goals.
• Demonstrates the ability to develop a plan of care that addresses needs across the continuum; have an intervention for problems identified; develop long- and short-term goals with specific time frames for resolution; identify specific services to be provided in the care plan; include the family/care-giver in the plan of care; and show life planning contingencies such as power of attorney and/or advance directives.
• Evaluates and documents the patient's response to the plan of care and achievement of outcomes. Makes recommendations for modifications to the plan of care as indicated. Adheres to all policies and procedures regarding documentation and confidentiality of information.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory agencies' requirements necessary criteria for admission to various care settings and Medicare's/Medicaid's reimbursement methods for different levels of care.
• Manages a caseload of patients. Identifies essential resources needed to implement the plan of care.
• Manages own professional growth in the area of managed care care management other health care financial trends clinical practice and research.
• Manages patient care according to multidisciplinary plan of care and/or managed care contracts by directing decision making and identifying and managing barriers that impact on patient care outcomes.
• Participates in Performance and Service Improvement teams. Assists in program evaluation through customer service surveys LOS data analysis charge/discharge data comparison to state averages and best practice/benchmark data.
• Performs a comprehensive assessment in collaboration with interdisciplinary team to identify patient-specific problems and needs related to diagnosis treatment including psychosocial and financial concerns as well as medical.

Minimal Qualifications
Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting required
• 1-2 years case management experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the District of Columbia or Maryland depending on work location required
• CCM - Certified Case Manager preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Ability to use computer to enter and retrieve data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to run and analyze departmental productivity reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
