The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Apartment renovations and turns/Make-Ready
• Exterior preventative maintenance
• Complete work-orders in an effective and timely manner
• Standard handyman work including appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching drywall.
• Porter/Grounds keeping work during downtime.

Maintenance Skills Desired

• • 1+ year of experience as an Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician
  • General knowledge of basic residential carpentry, sheetrock, painting, plumbing, and electrical
  • Experience troubleshooting & repairing residential appliances
  • Experience in HVAC and EPA 608 preferred but not required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
• EPA Universal Certification Required

Lactalis US Yogurt part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Raw Processor based in Londonderry, NH.

The employee is responsible for receive, test, and separate raw milk. Input test results and milk load data into SAP. Perform all raw CIPs and periodic cleaning in support of department needs, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Receive raw milk and standardize it to quality specifications
• Scale all incoming and outgoing milk loads
• Operate, troubleshoot and clean milk separator
• Operate lab equipment in support of milk testing
• Receive in liquid chemical trucks
• Perform all raw CIPs and cleaning of equipment
• Perform all raw preventive maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality
• Perform Whey and Cream load-outs according to schedule
• Record all milk and truckload data in SAP
• Program Human -Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks
• Separate raw milk as required to support batching needs
• Always follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Follow all Lockout/Tag out procedures
• Practice good housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operation
• Stand for long periods of time

Position Purpose:

Join Trinity Health at Home and make a meaningful impact by delivering compassionate, high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll help clients regain independence and improve their quality of life while working within a supportive, mission-driven organization.

What You Will Do:

• Provide professional physical therapy services as prescribed by physicians, following state practice acts and organizational policies.

• Assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and revise care plans as needed.

• Implement therapeutic and rehabilitative procedures, including manual therapy, exercises, and physical agent modalities.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and home exercises.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, effective care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.

• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Minimum of one year of experience or completion of a 6–8 week preceptorship.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently and uphold Trinity Health’s mission and ethical standards.

• Home health experience preferred.
