About the Role

This position plays a key role in shaping pricing strategy for national, multi‑site customer proposals. You’ll build and refine complex financial models, evaluate margin impacts, and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Billing to deliver pricing recommendations that support both growth and profitability. This role is highly visible, influencing executive‑level decisions and contributing to ongoing improvement of pricing tools and processes.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and enhance pricing models for large‑scale RFPs, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate financial risk, pressure‑test assumptions, and propose data‑driven pricing solutions that support retention, margin goals, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate operational and market insights into clear pricing recommendations for leadership.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to validate costs, ensure pricing accuracy, and assess operational feasibility.
  • Analyze win/loss trends and margin performance to refine pricing strategies over time.
  • Lead or support process improvements to increase standardization, scalability, and model accuracy.
  • Communicate findings with executive‑ready clarity and help elevate the team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis, estimating, or a similar field.
  • Background in proposal or pricing work
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, macros; VBA preferred).
  • Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to partner across departments and handle complex, multi‑input financial modeling.


Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis, or related role.
  • Proven ability to build, interpret, and refine financial models at scale.
