Senior Line Engineers are part of a service engineering team that provide 24/7 engineering technical support for United Airlines Worldwide fleet of operational aircraft to ensure the timely return to service. Provide engineering support for a wide range of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, engines as well as operational engineering functions. Studies, analyzes, and seeks solutions to problems related to the design, operation, maintenance, performance, modification, or repair of aircraft, and their components. The base pay range for this role is $97,945.00 to $127,622.00.

- Iowa City VAMC Three teams comprised of a Teaching Hospitalist, one senior resident, two interns, a pharmacist and medical students admit, diagnose, and manage a population of Veterans with a wide range of medical conditions.
The Iowa City VA features and open ICU which allows the inpatient teams to care for a mixture of ward and ICU patients.

Minneapolis VA Medical Center is one of the VA's four polytrauma medical centers to care for active-duty service members and Veterans with brain injuries, who are blind, or have had an amputation and maintains a 65,000 square foot center to care for Veterans with spinal cord injuries and disorders. In 2018, 1,289 volunteers donated 189,586 hours to help care for Veterans, the same year that was recorded 980,427 outpatient visits. The main campus provides primary care and specialty health services, including surgery, psychiatry, neurology, cancer treatment (oncology), dentistry, and more.

REQUIREMENTS (duties include but are not limited to)
* Direct patient care is estimated to be 100% of the time (except for mandatory training and OPPE).
* Scope of Care: Physician(s) shall be responsible for providing Interventional Radiology procedures, including, but not limited to:
* Angiography/venography (head and body), balloon angioplasty/stent placement, cholecystostomy, chemoembolization, drain insertions, embolization, gastrostomy, thrombolysis, biopsy (including CT and US guided), (RF, cryo, microwave) ablation, intervention, CTA's, MRAs, lumbar punctures, paracentesis, NG tube insertions, placement of carotid stents, preparation diagnostic cerebral and extracranial angiography, cryoablations, line insertion, vertebroplasty, IVC filters, nephrostomy placement, radiologically inserted, dialysis access and related interventions, TIPS placement, Biliary, joint injection of aspiration, all complex vascular ultrasounds (with specific exceptions), thoracentesis, NJ tube insertions, Y90 ablations.
* Shall ensure that post-procedure orders are posted, and a warm handoff is made in case requiring post-procedure care.
* Shall ensure that all dictated reports and CPRS notes are verified/signed before leaving for the day.
* Shall provide review of consults/orders and next-day patient cases for minimum of two hours daily.
* Shall provide post-procedure evaluation and follow-up and clinical consultation regarding complications of interventional radiologic procedures.
* Physicians who meet volume and CME qualifications required by Imagin's IAC accredited vascular lab will interpret all vascular ultrasound exams on site.
* Vascular ultrasound exams include: US Retroperitoneal, US Kidney Transplant w Doppler, US Lower Extremity Arteries Bilateral and Limited, US Upper Extremity Arteries Bilateral, Limited and Unilateral, US Visceral Vascular Abdomen Complete and Limited, US Duplex Aorta, Iliacs, or Bypass Grafts, and US Duplex of Hemodialysis Access.
* Shall provide consultation and instruction to referring physicians regarding appropriate indications for Interventional radiologic procedures so that the most expeditious and clinically appropriate work-up can be done.
* Shall determine the appropriate course of treatment and communicate in person or by phone with the referring clinicians.
* Shall provide review of all requested exams daily.
* Shall interpret vascular ultrasound, MRAs, and CTA exams in the timeframe as flagged by the MVAHCS Technologist.
* Shall attend one, half-day consultation clinic.
* Shall provide post-procedure evaluation and follow-up and clinical consultation regarding complications of interventional radiologic procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities Perform all duties and responsibilities of a staff psychiatrist.
Duties include but are not limited to treatment and professional outpatient care (including tele-mental health), psychiatric consultations, attending treatment teams.
Outpatient Mental Health Services at the Houston VA Healthcare System include: Must be clinically competent to perform examinations, diagnosis, therapeutic treatment, be effective in handling emergencies, patient management and document in patient records.
Must be effective in teaching (patient education and co-workers).
Must be effective in planning and should have sound decision-making skills.
Individual to provide professional direction and participate in the treatment team (which includes clinical staff
- psychologists, nurses, nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, social workers, social work associates, physician assistants, addiction therapists), evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans; prepare examining physician's reports for courts on commitment cases, attend court hearings to provide testimony.
A progress note must be completed for each episode of outpatient care.
Qualifications/Requirements Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited graduate school of Medicine.
Must have successfully completed a residency program in psychiatry which has been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association or those Canadian training programs approved by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or other appropriate Canadian medical authority.
Must be board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Association.
Must be in good standing, and under no restrictions, with the state licensure board in any state in which a license is held.
Must maintain current certification in American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

- Services will be provided onsite at MEDVAMC, 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas, 77030 or at any of its nine (9) Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) locations Schedule
- The normal work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm., with a 1/2 hour non-paid lunch break.
Patient Load
- 10-16 patients a day to include scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency patients.
Support Staff
- The support staff ratio varies at each clinic.
Each clinic however consists of psychiatrist, psychologist, social workers, and administrative support (for scheduling).
Each clinic also has a Clinic Director, Nurse Manager, and a head administrator.
