THE PURPOSE:
The Manager, Technical Design - Denim leads the technical design process for denim, ensuring products meet the brand’s fit, construction, and quality standards from concept through production. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to translate creative vision into technically sound garments while managing timelines, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining consistency across collections. The Tech Design Manager also develops and leads the technical design team while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Lead the technical design process for denim products from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, and finishing align with the design vision and brand standards.
- Partner with Design to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, including measurements, patterns, and construction details.
- Create and maintain comprehensive tech packs, including specifications, construction notes, and quality requirements for vendors and factories.
- Lead fit sessions and communicate adjustments to Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Production to ensure appropriate fabric, trim, and wash selections meet quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshot technical issues during development and production, including garment fit, fabric behavior, shrinkage, and construction challenges.
- Manage timelines across the technical design process to ensure milestones and delivery deadlines are met.
- Partner with factories and vendors to ensure clear communication, consistent processes, and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain quality control and consistency across denim products and seasonal collections.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and technical design execution.
YOU ARE:
A technical design leader with deep expertise in denim construction, fit, and garment development. REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in technical design or garment development, within denim or similar categories
- Strong understanding of denim fabrics, washes, finishes, and garment construction techniques
- Experience managing technical design timelines and coordinating cross-functional development processes
- Proficiency with technical design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or Techpacker
- Experience working with global vendors and factories across the production lifecycle
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. THE PURPOSE:
The Product Development Manager, Denim is responsible for leading the development and production strategy for our denim categories while managing key relationships with finished product suppliers and agents. This role ensures product is delivered at the highest quality, on time, and at target cost while aligning with True Religion’s sourcing strategy and brand standards. The Product Development Manager, Denim partners cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Materials, and R&D to drive product execution, improve margins, and deliver on seasonal business objectives. This role also leads and develops a team focused on operational excellence, product quality, and speed to market.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Drive the product development and production process from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with the product pipeline calendar and key milestones.
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Materials, and R&D to ensure product meets aesthetic, quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee external manufacturing partners to maintain quality standards, cost targets, and on-time delivery.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Starting Pay: $20/hr plus OT available
Location: Royse City, TX
Work Schedule: Mon - Friday | Hours: 7a - 3p EXPECT OVER TIME WHEN OUT IN THE FIELD

When they work on Saturday this will be House Hold Waste collections (HHW)
Responsibilities:
- They will be handling, packaging, loading and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, lab packs, E-waste and batteries

- Experience doing hands on work
- 1-2 days a week they will go to Homeless camps to help with clean ups

- The facility is 50,000 square feet
- They received fluids that they consolidate into larger containers from their original containers and then recycled and shipped
- It is a dirty / physical job dealing with the liquid materials such as paints, solvents, oils, and moving the cans
- Protective gear will be given to the individuals - glasses, gloves, sleeves, apron, protective mask etc.
- It is an open air warehouse
- Attire - short sleeve shirt, Jeans or pants that can get dirty
- Men will need to be clean shaven in order to wear a mask when needed
- When they go to HHW or to the camps they will meet at the facility and take company vehicles

- Responsibilities: The Warehouse Technician frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety-sensitive
- Waste and document preparation; regulatory and safety review.
- Load & unload incoming & outgoing trucks.
- Waste inventory management using designed software and computerized waste tracking system.

- Partner with senior client stakeholders (Sales, Commercial IT, Medical Affairs, Compliance) to define technology strategies, roadmaps, and governance models.
- Lead business process transformation initiatives aligned with Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance on operating models, data integrity, and system validation considerations.
Life Sciences Systems & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across:
- Veeva CRM
- Adjacent Commercial / Medical systems within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Own solution design, functional governance, and delivery oversight for complex HLS programs.
- Guide clients through commercial compliance, regulatory, and validated system requirements.
- Act as a quality gate for solution architecture, functional design, and release strategy.
Hands-on Individual Contributor (IC)
- Operate as a hands‑on leader, deeply involved in:
- Solution design and functional architecture
- Key client workshops and decision points
- Design reviews and delivery checkpoints
- Review and guide functional specifications, solution designs, and deployment approaches.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including solution storytelling, demos, and client presentations.
- Present confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.
- Serve as a visible leader within the Life Sciences practice, mentoring others through influence rather than direct authority.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Domain Expertise:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences IT and/or digital transformation.
- Experience with Veeva Vault platforms (e.g., PromoMats, MedComms, Quality, or Clinical) is a strong plus, but not required.
- Strong experience delivering Life Sciences Commercial and/or Medical systems, with demonstrated ownership of solution design and client outcomes.
- Proven experience supporting Commercial, Medical, or Customer Engagement functions within Life Sciences.
- Deep understanding of HLS compliance, validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated success operating as a senior IC and client advisor, not solely as a delivery team member.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Exposure to global or enterprise‑scale Life Sciences implementations.
- Background in consulting environments supporting Life Sciences clients.
- PMP or similar project/program management certification.

Sweet Apparel is a leader in Junior's, Women's, Men's, and Kids fast fashion apparel. Sweet Apparel designs, manufactures, and imports apparel under its own labels as well as multiple Private labels. Our clothing can be found at major retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Macy's, and more. The company is growing and looking for a full-time, Sweater Technical Designer to join the team on-site at the Midtown Manhattan office.
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple products within Sweater category (tops/cardigans, shorts, sets, dresses, skirts) for Juniors, Missy, Plus, and Little & Big Girls sizes
- Interpret seasonal sweater design concepts into technically sound, production-ready garments
- Accurately measure Proto/Fit/PP/TOP samples
- Lead fittings and advise recommended adjustments to fit and construction
- Responsible for identifying and calling out any fit/construction/workmanship issues to be addressed and communicating all corrections and revisions to factory
- Create initial tech packs for development/costing and fit sample submits
- Own and maintain Sweater tech packs, including stitch and gauge details, specs, construction call-outs, fitting notes, and grading.
- Ensure all corrections have been made at the pre-production sample stage to perfect the fit/quality for production.
- Work with Private label accounts to achieve desired fit
- Knowledge of grading and ability to issue graded specs
- Maintain and utilize a Block library
- Ability to adhere to calendar to ensure deadlines are met
- Track and manage sample status to ensure on-time deliveries
- Logging in samples and assist with keeping sample library organized
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, production, and sales.
Qualifications
- Degree in Technical Design or Fashion Design - Sweater concentration preferred
- 5+ years experience in Technical Design with a significant focus on Sweaters/Knitwear
- Expert in Knitwear construction, stitch techniques, gauges, and yarns
- Knowledge of sewing construction, patternmaking, garment manufacturing, and fabrics.
- Proficient in PLM and Excel
- Attention to detail, sense of urgency, willingness to learn, team-player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain organization of the office which includes front desk, showroom, storage room, kitchen/pantry, all desk space appearances, mail distribution, conference rooms and onboarding support for DL1961 and its affiliated brands
- Merchandise, manage and maintain showroom to visual standards; set showroom check points AM and PM (visual standards set by Sales/Retail Manager)
- Follow a visual merchandising guide to ensure showrooms are always presentable
- Assist teams with appointments, logistics and scheduling across the organization
- Create and maintain showroom hanging guide – needs to be refreshed once a month
- Setting agent showroom/sample standards to company standards through monthly updated hanging guides
- Partner with Design/Sales on SKU updates to ensure showroom samples are the most up to date, and getting correct SMS to agents as well (i.e., updated fit and/or fabric from initial design)
- Independently complete inventory of samples every month.
- Monitor the front desk/phone system and greet guests appropriately.
- Manage day-to-day tasks (messenger, kitchen services, office operations, showroom procedures, shipping processes)
- Overall sample management and coordination
- Sample closet organization including seasonal clean outs and donations
- Managing travel luggage and packing/unpacking for market/tradeshows/road as needed
- Create/manage new-season Sample Trackers & communicating tracking #s to agents as updates are made
- Support Account Executives during market appointments; preparing the showroom with requested samples, ordering food and beverages, assisting with model and post-appointment clean-up.
- Maintain Sales/Creative request calendar; market flyers, fit guides, look books, images, one-pager requests
- Manage gifting and GWP requests against pre-approved budget along with stock management of them
- Other duties as assigned per the needs of the business.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Current student or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or any related field.
- Previous Internship experience in fashion is a plus or office/showroom administration
- Detail-oriented, punctual and meticulous
- Can-do attitude and a team player
- Knowledge of NuOrder, NetSuite platforms is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong communicator.
