Jabil is seeking a highly experienced and customer-facing Principal Program Manager to lead global Data Center Infrastructure & Rack Integration projects. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and lifecycle management of highly customized rack solutions and MDCs for hyperscale and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing multi-million-dollar programs, coordinating global teams, and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. Job Description:
As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for the strategic design, planning, and security of our organization's network infrastructure. Summary of Position
The Principal AI Security Engineer is a senior technical leader on the AI Security team, responsible for designing, building, and operating security controls for generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) systems across their full lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and runtime.
This role is deeply hands-on: you will work directly with data science, MLOps, platform, devops and application teams to secure LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and AI-enabled products. Duties
- Day to Day
- Lead the design and development of advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows (IVR, digital, routing, NLU-driven call flows).
- Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, including FRDs, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Responsible for analysis, design, programming, and implementation of complex applications tasks and projects.
- Devise feasible, logical procedures to resolve business problems through the use of computer resources.
- Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
- Review detailed specifications and recommend modifications. Design, code, test and debug complex application programs.

- A typical day will involve a mix of hands-on coding, architectural design, and research.
- The engineer will spend a significant portion of their time in Python, building and optimizing agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain.
