Outcomes You’ll Achieve
- Provide reliable day-to-day technical support to attorneys and staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Ensure seamless technology setup and support for trials, hearings, depositions, and presentations, including courtroom AV equipment, presentation software, and remote conferencing tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other office technology to ensure consistent performance across the organization.
- Support trial teams by preparing, testing, and managing trial technology such as presentation systems, exhibit displays, video playback, and document presentation tools.
- Monitor and maintain system functionality, escalating issues when necessary and coordinating with IT vendors or internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Document support requests, solutions, and procedures to improve response times and maintain an organized support process.
- Assist with technology training and guidance for attorneys and staff to ensure effective use of software, trial presentation tools, and office technology.
- Help maintain a secure technology environment by following cybersecurity best practices, protecting sensitive information, and adhering to firm policies.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education and Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on technical support experience.
- Technical Support Experience: Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a professional environment, preferably in a legal or litigation setting.
- Trial Technology Support: Familiarity with trial presentation software (such as TrialDirector, OnCue, Trial Pad or similar tools), courtroom AV systems, and legal technology workflows.
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac systems, Microsoft 365, networking basics, printers, conferencing tools, and audiovisual equipment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly under time-sensitive situations, including during active trials or presentations.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to assist attorneys and staff in a clear, professional manner.

Seeking an IT Contract Manager I to support contract administration and vendor management activities for a large-scale government environment. This role requires strong experience managing competitive procurement processes and overseeing contract performance. The ideal candidate will be experienced in government contracting, vendor negotiations, and managing complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract administration work involving the oversight, execution, and administration of large-scope or high-dollar contracts.
- Define contract requirements and participate in negotiating, awarding, developing, and monitoring contracts.
- Prepare or oversee the development of scopes of work, specifications, and conditions for new contracts.
- Prepare contract documents and support the onboarding of new vendor agreements.

The Analyst, Desktop Support is responsible for the maintenance, installation, repairs and overall support of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and IoT medical devices to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). The Analyst documents, upgrades and/or replaces hardware and software as required. This position will work together with the Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems.
Experience:
1. Preferred one to three (1 to 3) years of experience on a desktop support services team; healthcare experience preferred.

The Biomedical Radiology Equipment Specialist is responsible for providing equipment-engineering service including repairs, installation, maintenance inspection, modification, and construction on x-ray, CT, and film handling machines.
Responsibilties:A day in the life of a Biomedical Radiology Equipment Specialist at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:
- Provides routine and emergency equipment repair.
- Performs scheduled periodic equipment maintenance.
- Provides an inspection report with notations of areas inspected and items that require future and immediate attention.
- Supervises removal and installation of equipment and may assist manufacturer`s representatives.
- Installs, designs, constructs, refurbishes, and modifies radiological and associated equipment
