This customer-focused, proactive leader will be responsible for directing forward-looking execution of business priorities β working directly with the AGS Tech Leader to make the organization faster, smarter, and more aligned. That means turning portfolio strategy into real outcomes by working through people, setting up the conditions for good decisions, and keeping leaders across AGS Tech moving in the same direction. They cut through the noise, reduce friction, and make sure the right conversations happen before they become the wrong problems.
This is a senior leadership role that calls for someone who is genuinely invested in helping others succeed and understands that how an organization operates, communicates, and builds trust directly affects business results. The strongest candidate has a history of making the people around them better, not just the work.
This role manages the engagement team, connects Finance, HR, Operations, and technical leadership, and owns the outcomes that matter most to AGS Tech organization.
This position requires up to 50% travel and must be based at an AWS Hub Location.
Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Customer Engagement & Business Development
β’ Prioritize and orchestrate high-impact customer meetings in close coordination with senior leadership to maximize business outcomes
β’ Guide and oversee complex engagements with enterprise customers, ensuring appropriate next steps, follow-through, and accountability across direct and indirect organizations

4. Strategic Business Integration & Cross-Functional Leadership
β’ Counsel the AGS Tech Leader and directors on strategy and impact the field team across business units through portfolio decisions and team leadership

Job Summary
The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech invites applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, starting no later than January 1, 2026. This postdoctoral fellowship examines the impact of isolationist strategies on scientific production and impact.
For this position, we are particularly interested in qualified applicants with interdisciplinary research expertise related to science studies and science policy, expertise in quantitative research methods, and knowledge of the global scientific landscape.

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Perform preventative maintenance on food service and refrigeration equipment as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers' recommendation and/or as assigned by the supervisor.

Carry out installations of new equipment.

Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of food service and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, dishwashers, fryers, stoves, ovens, and grills.

Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.

KEY PURPOSE:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver seasonal line plans aligned with overall brand and business strategy, highlighting global development opportunities, proposed costs, unique sales opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across categories.
- Manage assigned product categories from concept to commercialization, including line plan updates, style setup, range briefs for new products and packaging, and development of competitive pricing structures that meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure SKU counts, margins, and budget parameters are achieved.
- Analyze global sales histories, patterns, and industry trends; assess market size, structure, and dynamics to inform range development decisions.

- Partner with Marketing to communicate product features and packaging requirements internally and externally; execute seasonal packaging, collateral, and workbooks.
- Ensure product marketing is clear, compelling, and effective across print and web. Provide a seasonal launch package for all global sales teams.
- Ensure all design and packaging briefs are delivered on time to support timely product launches.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and Regional Merchandising to provide quality input into the range brief and product development. Ensure teams are well-trained and fully briefed on product details.
- Engage with consumers and retailers to identify innovative solutions to market needs; maintain strong market understanding.
- Conduct market research, including analysis of consumer trends and on-site visits to observe consumer end use environments (pool and/or beach).
- Maintain in-depth competitive analysis of all categories in all channels of distribution and maintain a competitive sample/item library.
- Support in-field product testing to improve product development and benefit the sell-in process.
- Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

This role involves collaborating with level designers, cinematics director, and cinematics designers to design, prototype, and implement complex, AAA-quality cinematic gameplay sequences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in interactive and scripted cinematic experiences, with an emphasis on design and technical implementation within a game engine. Should be someone who can guide a project from start to finish, taking the sequence from rough design to finished, polished experience. Candidate should be able to work quickly, creating rapid prototypes to test and troubleshoot high-level design, before using blueprints or scripting to create the final version.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate closely with level designers, cinematics designers, and cinematics director to design, prototype, and build AAA cinematic gameplay experiences;
- Ensure that design and implementation are done in a systemic and modular way that is able to be used by designers in other departments;
- Quickly produce and iterate prototypes based on project needs and feedback;
- Design and implement miscellaneous other gameplay systems as needed;
- Provide backend system support to ensure smooth integration and functionality;
- Optimize and debug systems to ensure a seamless player experience;
- \Β Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in game design and technology.
Qualifications
We Expect You To Have:
- Professional experience working on tech design or tech art, and high-end cinematic gameplay experiences, for at least five years total;
- Tech-centric skill set with a passion for cinematics;
- The ability to quickly produce and iterate on prototypes;
- The ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems, and to solve problems that arise on the border between cinematics and gameplay;
- Proficiency in blueprints and scripting languages;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes gameplay fun and engaging.
Even Better If You Have:
- Experience working with Unreal Engine;
- Experience working on AAA game titles;
- Experience working on 3rd person ARPG style games;
- Love of film or high-end action gameplay sequences;

- The estimated base pay range for this role is: 130-160k USD.

- Development of net new sales: Generate qualified prospects/customers, create consistent sales funnel, work with support groups within the company to develop customer proposals and sales collateral, lead onsite customer presentations, close deals and negotiate contracts within established guidelines on price and contract terms.
- Selling skills: complete organizational mapping of all buyers and buying influences, identification of key customer and buyer priorities, use weekly planning to overcome red flags.
