We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Application Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of personal productivity applications across BCG. What You'll Bring

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade applications, with 3–5 years specifically in Microsoft 365 administration and technical product analysis.
• Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud deployment and productivity enablement.
• Strong background in enterprise M365 configuration and governance, including automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Advanced capabilities using GraphAPI, PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI for:
• Scripting and bulk administration

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00 

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

The main duties to be completed within the role of GIS SOC Operator include but not limited to the following:

• Effective and accurate management and prioritization of alarm activations across a variety of platforms in accordance with procedure across the TJX US facilities
• Responsible for all control room operations, including CCTV review.
• Ensure that all incidents are dealt with, logged and communicated in accordance with procedures
• Provide operational support to the GIS SOC Specialists, Supervisors, or appropriate Managers
• Support major incident command, control and crisis management and provide recommendations.
• Knowledge of how to use security and fire alarm systems
• Must be able to be contacted while on shift
• Be open and willing to undertake new training across GIS SOC functions. This may require an adjustment in scheduling to business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 1-4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• working experience with Incident Management and Change Management
• Prior experience in Operations or a fast-paced, high stress environment with the requirement to resolve multiple interruption-driven priorities simultaneously.
• Troubleshooting experience
• Self-motivated and can work both independently and within a team in our 24/7 Operations Center; available for off hours shift coverage and be able to take ownership of technical issues in the role of Incident Commander

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for one or more projects, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of all project-related activities. This role supports early-stage project planning, interval coordination, deliverables management, and ongoing project support to ensure milestones are completed on time. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and resolving project risks or gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination and Execution:

• Serve as the primary interface for assigned projects.
• Engage early in project intervals, deliverables, and support requirements.
• Ensure execution of all key milestones to support on-time project delivery.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and apply best practices.
• Provide recommendations that support program development and execution.

Cross-Functional Communication:

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Lead weekly team meetings with project stakeholders and drive accountability for next steps and action items.
• Prepare and present weekly program summaries, including project status updates and resolution plans.

Issue, Risk, and Gap Management:

• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and gaps.
• Escalate concerns as needed and drive resolution to closure.
• Develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and delays.

Data Integrity and Analytics:

• Maintain accurate data within internal and external procurement databases.
• Use analytics tools to monitor supplier performance and identify compliance risks or operational bottlenecks.

Timeline and Documentation Management:

• Develop and maintain project timelines for legal documentation status, application progress, project milestones, and issue tracking.
• Document outputs from weekly team meetings and distribute updates to stakeholders.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of procurement experience, including both direct and indirect spend.
• Strong analytical background with proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely.

Required Experience:

• General procurement and supply chain experience.
• Google Suite: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides.
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Tableau experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Preferred Skills:

• MTCM
• Agile ERP systems
• Oracle ERP systems

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in data visualization and advanced analytical modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on federal contracts and familiarity with federal contract regulations is a strong plus.
