About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing customs team.
• Ensure full compliance with CBP, PGA, and internal standards.
• Oversee entry processes, HTS classification, valuation, FTAs, and duty‑saving initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ U.S. customs experience within a 3PL or freight forwarder.
• Customs Broker License strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership in a high‑volume customs environment.
• Deep knowledge of import compliance, classification, and OGA/PGA requirements.

What You'll Do

• Support up all clinics within Local Area.

• Review and manage daily tasks, including patient callbacks regarding lab results.
• Provide oversight and lead day-to-day operations for your team of medical assistants and support staff.
• Consult supervising physician based on the scope of practice and patient needs.

About You

• Medical/Master?s degree and certification
• PA - Valid California license to practice as a Physician Assistant and current national certification.
• Valid California license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and current national certification.
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
• Maintain a controlled substance DEA license.
• Ability to consult and treat patients of all ages.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
