Junior Project Manager

Your Tasks

• Coordinate certification projects from initiation through first factory inspection, including tracking file numbers, service agreements, and inspection cycles.
• Monitor annual and quarterly follow‑up service schedules, proactively identifying upcoming renewals, missed inspections, and potential compliance risks.
• Schedule factory inspections in collaboration with clients, inspectors, and PTDEs, confirming readiness and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection activities, certification updates, and program documentation to support operational visibility.
• Liaise with PTDEs and certification agencies to track inspection findings, documentation requirements, and program updates.
• Support financial processes by verifying inspection completion, coordinating invoicing, and tracking revenue tied to recurring certification programs.
• Maintain project data in internal systems (such as PSE and SAP), ensuring projects are opened, maintained, and closed according to internal procedures.

Your Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management in a technical, engineering, or laboratory environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and identify risks proactively.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking systems.
• Preferred:
• Experience working in regulated, certification, testing, or service‑based environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technical leads, and customers.

Additional Information

• The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 - 75,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. • Architect, build, and maintain a robust application management and loan repayment platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across front-end and back-end systems

• Experience working closely with Product teams to define technical requirements and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical trade-offs, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions under ambiguity.
• 4+ years working in a SaaS startup regularly building and owning the complete E2E technology stack for Web Application (Frontend + Backend + Cloud + CI/CD)
• Deep experience with a combination of the following technologies:
• Javascript & TypeScript (React, NextJS, Recoil (other state management libraries)), Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.), HTML, CSS

A leading global private investment firm is seeking a Compliance Senior Associate to support its Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) / KYC program within a business-facing compliance team.

This role offers direct exposure to investment transactions, counterparties, and investor diligence, partnering closely with Legal, Operations, and deal teams in a highly sophisticated environment.

Contract-To-Hire (6-Months)

Provide engineering and project management skills in support of the design and development of new processes/equipment, the scale-up and commercialization of new products, the continual improvement of existing technologies, and the optimal performance and troubleshooting of existing operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong engineering skills in support of the scale-up and development of new products and processes. This includes methods, procedures and specifications to ensure a timely transfer to Manufacturing.
• Provide strong engineering understanding on continual improvement teams, developing process methods, designing/sourcing equipment, conducting feasibility/developmental trials, executing validation requirements, drafting documents/specifications/drawings, and providing on-the-job training to ensure the effective transfer/start-up of new/refined products/processes.

Job Description

The Production Technician will assist in the assembly and testing of Greensea IQ products, components, and systems. This position is a critical member of the multidisciplinary production team at Greensea IQ. This position will work primarily on the production floor, executing the assembly and testing of production-related tasks in accordance with Greensea IQ standards and procedures. The successful candidate will strive to on-time and defect-free assemblies and offer nothing short of 100% effort in doing so. The right person for this position has the ability to navigate shifting priorities at the direction of their manager as programmatic needs may require.
