As an Inbound Operations Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Understanding sales goals, plans and executing daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.

- With guidance from your direct leader, establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations.

- With guidance and assistance from your direct leader, build a team of GM experts from initial selection through onboarding and learning. Develop team members through ongoing training and direction by giving direction and providing feedback when validating work completion.

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
- Model creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you and your team are completing your daily tasks.
- Demonstrate how to engage with guests when assistance is needed, engage with guests in a welcoming way and help solve their specific needs.
- Lead by thanking guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.

The Site Acquisition Specialist (Site Finder) is responsible for identifying and securing locations for our textiles/clothing collection bins within an assigned geographic territory. As a Site Finder, you will identify and secure locations for donation bins, attended trailer sites, and stand-alone donation center facilities. Some travel is required. Our Kansas City distribution center is looking for Professional Truck Drivers to make an impact & support our retailers with direct-to-store deliveries. Backed by a team of traffic & safety experts, Ace Drivers receive continuous support to ensure safety & efficiency when delivering product to Retailers & are one of the revered Faces of Ace, working independently to provide superior customer service & the Ace Helpful experience on & off the road.
- A valid CDL-A
- HAZMAT endorsement (or be willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum of 1 year of Class A tractor/trailer on-road driving experience (or comparable experience)
- Applicants with less than 1 year of experience may be considered & could qualify for an accelerated comprehensive training program
- No suspensions, revocations, or convictions of reckless driving in the past 3 years
