We are seeking a Director of Reservations to join a luxury upscale resort in Bermuda. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong knowledge of reservation systems and a passion for maximizing booking efficiency while delivering excellent guest service.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$70,000 USD Salary
• Approximately $10,000 gratuities/service charge

Position Overview

The Director of Reservations will oversee reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication between the reservations team and other operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the reservations department
• Oversee booking processes and reservation system management
• Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking trends
• Work closely with front office and revenue teams
• Maintain strong communication with guests and travel partners
• Train and develop reservations team members

Requirements

• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments
• Opera Cloud system experience is essential
• Island experience required
• Highly operational and detail-oriented
• Energetic and guest-focused approach
• Must hold US, Canadian, or UK visa for travel
