About the Role
The Sales Engineer plays a key role in supporting the sales team by developing cost estimates, evaluating project requirements, and recommending product solutions for mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, clients, and engineering teams to ensure project requirements, budgets, and timelines are clearly defined.
- Review construction drawings and technical specifications to recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Interpret project requirements from Sales Managers and assess feasibility, lead times, and potential technical challenges.
- Develop cost estimates and create quotes for custom or new product designs.
- Build and maintain design history throughout the quotation process.
- Prepare initial bills of materials and provide cost analysis for proposed solutions.

Requirements

Position Summary
The Dialysis Nurse Manager provides oversight and direction to all direct care staff that provide dialysis and nursing care in the Dialysis Unit at the Cherry County Hospital and Clinic. The Nurse Manager assumes the responsibility of day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit, coordinating the required resources for optimal patient care delivery. While on site, the Nurse Manager problem solves and expedites communications with other health care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination of Patient Care
- Provides for patient care requirements by coordinating and directing the operations of the patient care in the dialysis unit

- Ensures appropriate numbers of component staff are available to meet patient care needs
- Ensures patient care assignments are based on patient needs and staff competency

Administrative/Regulatory Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in related field of medical electronics, electronic technology or equivalent military related training required. CBET or CLET certification preferred.

Specialized training by manufacturer or third party equipment repair in such areas as

Many of these queries represent exploratory search intent and are broad, which means that the search system should be able to deeply understand this intent, and then help people explore content, personalize results, harness visual signals effectively, and show the most engaging content up front. We are looking for an exceptional technical leader and engineering manager to help lead the search backend team that spans across Palo Alto and Seattle.
What you will do:
- The candidate will be responsible for major areas of the search engine for more than 450 million monthly active Pinterest users, including indexing and document ranking, query and content understanding, personalization, ML based retrieval, shopping, videos, as well as infrastructure efficiency and scalability. In addition, the candidate will work on innovative applications of NLP and Vision Models, and other techniques to drive query recommendations, multimodal search, agentic search, multimodal query understanding, and query based module generation and ranking.
- Work closely with the other engineering teams in Pinterest to bring superior search experience to our users, such as Search Product, Infrastructure, research and content signals.
- Deeply understand the Pinterest search product, and drive the vision for the team.
- Provide visibility for senior leadership into the team's global impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to expand impact across the company, including product management, data scientists and design.
- Mentor and grow managers, leaders and engineers on the team.
- Build a culture of excellence and expertise.
What we are looking for:
- Experience leading and working on a large-scale production search, recommendation or ads systems that are based on state-of-the-art machine learning and big data technology.
- Applied machine learning experience is strongly preferred. Experience in related fields such as recommendation systems, natural language processing and computer vision is a bonus.
- Ability to drive the roadmap and directions of scalable production quality systems end-to-end.
- A knack for product and impact on users of a consumer product.
- 3+ years of experience in leading/managing a highly impactful ML-based engineering team of 5+ size; 7+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer Engineering Manager II who can drive the team's technical direction, strategic planning and execution. You'll have the opportunity to lead a team that works cross-team on various innovative projects of new product experiences, builds large-scale low-latency systems and state-of-the-art machine learning models, and delivers great impact to our pinners and business metrics.
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for major areas of search, recommendations, notifications, etc for more than 500 million monthly active Pinterest users. Potential areas of impact include ML based retrieval, multi domain ranking, L1 modeling, candidate generators, sequence modeling, relevance modeling, and infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
- Deeply understand the Pinterest product and drive the vision for the team, ensuring the team's work directly contributes to the company's goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers (L13 - L16), providing technical guidance and support to help them grow their careers. Identify team needs and hire strong candidates.

What we're looking for:
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading and working on a large-scale production recommendation, e-commerce, search or ads systems that are based on state-of-the-art machine learning and big data technology.
- Strong experience in related fields such as recommendation systems and applied machine learning experience is required. Natural language processing and computer vision is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive the strategic roadmap for scalable, production-quality systems from concept to execution.
- Strong focus on product impact and user experience within a consumer-focused environment.

We are seeking a talented individual to support new product development for high current and voltage power conversion and Motor Control Center products. This role offers an opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Milwaukee, WI, known for its rich history, cultural attractions, and thriving industrial sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating CAD drawings from engineering sketches or notes, suggesting design improvements for manufacturability, ensuring drawings meet project standards, and maintaining ECN/ECR documentation following established procedures. This position involves working closely with engineers and peers to exchange and present information, while reporting to the local Development Engineering Manager. The role also includes overseeing the application, conception, creation, release, and support for industrial power control products, ensuring they meet company and industry standards for quality, safety, and reliability, all while optimizing cost and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CAD drawings and collaborate with a team on design activities.
- Participate in new product development for high current and voltage power conversion and Motor Control Center products.
- Ensure all drawings meet project standards and maintain ECN/ECR documentation.
- Work with engineers and project managers to present and exchange information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant mechanical CAD software (CREO, Pro/E, AutoCAD) design experience.
- Proficient in manipulating large assemblies (>200 components).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation.
- Experience with power distribution equipment for 240-690V AC systems.
- Pro-E CAD modeling experience.
- SAP software experience.
- A working knowledge of production part processes: sheet-metal, plastic forming, and machining manufacturing methods.
