• Provides first-level support to trouble tickets and initial reports of building maintenance issues, taking trouble calls, inputting work requests into the BSOE work order system (RT), providing initial investigation of the problem, solving, and forwarding to the Physical Plant work order desk with information for resolution as required.
• Interfaces with Physical Plant technicians and contractors to provide guidance and escort if necessary.
• Closes off areas for safety or to prevent further issues as necessary.
• Supports minor maintenance tasks not covered by regular custodial staff.
• Facilitates equipment deliveries and moves, including moving heavy equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and optics tables.
• Maintains the functionality and appearance of furniture as needed.
• Assists with building-related issues stemming from minor laboratory modifications and renovations, raising repair requests to appropriate vendors, other campus units, or other responsible parties.
• Monitors and reviews stock of building supplies, including paper towels, cleaning agents, secondary containers, hazwaste and medical waste bags, sharps containers, and other supplies, and advises of necessary purchases.
• Maintains organized facilities office and facilities shop spaces.
• Responds to normal hours lockout calls and assists with entry and access.
• Serves as Backup Building Coordinator for emergency/disaster preparedness at assigned venues, providing backup communication liaison between service agencies and building occupants, assisting in the preparation of building response plans, and coordinating education of building occupants.
• Provides secondary backup for the Building Access Administrator.
• Issues physical keys and card /code access per established procedures.
• Assists WRP Facility Manager with backup coverage for after-hours support, which may require overtime, a modified schedule, on-call status, or callback.

• Conducts regular and periodic inspection rounds for safety, hazmat, hazwaste, and medical/biological waste compliance.
• Inspects areas for security, fire, and accident prevention hazards and advises appropriate campus units or occupants to take corrective action.
• Takes immediate and appropriate action as required to ensure personnel and property safety and coordinates long-term/permanent corrective actions to be performed by appropriate campus units.
• Monitors biological/medical waste storage area to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, including documentation of waste pickups, weekly inspections conducted, and service received by outside vendors or campus units.
• Attends and maintains safety training.
• Adheres to work protocols and safety requirements.
• Ensures personal protection equipment for self and student workers is adequate, worn, and used.
• Follows and recommends best practices for safe use of equipment and ladders.
• Ensures protocols for entering hazardous and biosafety labs are followed by self and student staff.

• Provides logistics and space preparation support for WRP special events, providing occasional weekend and evening support as necessary.
• Trains student workers and oversees their daily work assignments.

The Logik Analyst will be responsible for driving adoption and support to our Estimating and Drafting teams. Job Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce cases and ServiceNow incidents entered by users to ensure timely response and resolution to issues.
• Collaborate with other teams within IT to escalate and resolve cases efficiently.

• Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, and propose viable solutions.

Job Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity CRM CPQ tools, quoting systems, and CAD/drafting tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear documentation.

Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

Location: Pensacola – 1st & 2nd Shift

Role Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance of their assigned production area. This position leads a team of Team Leaders who oversee front-line operators to ensure consistent execution of the ASD Lean Operating System. The Supervisor drives operational discipline through daily management, visual controls, and leader standard work (LSW). This role ensures adherence to production schedules, manages labor and time reporting, and develops front-line leaders through coaching, feedback, and accountability. The Supervisor is expected to be a visible leader — spending significant time in the work area conducting Gemba walks, facilitating problem-solving, and ensuring standard work and processes are followed.

Core Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Daily Management

• Lead the daily operations of assigned production areas, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCCP) targets.
• Conduct daily shift start-up and end-of-shift meetings to review previous performance and current priorities.
• Ensure effective shift hand-offs, communicating key performance updates, downtime issues, and safety concerns.
• Actively participate in Gemba walks to observe performance, reinforce standards, and engage employees.
• Maintain visibility on the shop floor, reinforcing standard work and addressing issues in real time.
• Translates strategic intent into execution of safety, quality, and production initiatives.

2. People Management & Administration

• Directly manage and develop 6–10 Group Leaders / Team Leaders.
• Manage and approve all timekeeping, including hours worked, overtime, vacation, personal, and sick time in the company timekeeping system.
• Monitor attendance, address issues promptly, and ensure accurate labor reporting.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and progressive discipline when required.
• Promote positive employee relations, consistent communication, and accountability at all levels.
• Leads the review of team member experience survey results — celebrates strengths and drives action plans to improve high-impact leading indicators.

3. Safety & 5S Leadership

• Ensure all safety procedures and PPE standards are followed; model safe behaviors at all times.
• Conduct daily safety huddles and follow up on incidents, near-hits, and corrective actions.
• Partner with EHS and Maintenance to ensure hazards identified through Red Tag Logs or inspections are addressed promptly.

• Ensure production teams follow the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and adhere to all SOPs and inspection standards.
• Review daily quality metrics, address deviations, and support root cause and corrective action activities.
• Coach Team Leaders and operators on quality standards, containment, and process ownership.
• Reinforce problem-solving discipline and follow up on open quality issues until closure.

5. Planning, Scheduling & Performance

• Execute the daily and weekly production schedule in alignment with planning and materials requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and headcount to meet takt time and labor map requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (SQDCCP) and drive countermeasures when targets are missed.
• Ensure accurate reporting of downtime, scrap, and productivity through the plant’s production systems.

6. Leader Standard Work (LSW) & System Discipline

• Adhere to and execute the daily Leader Standard Work (LSW) cadence — including visual checks, performance reviews, and floor verification activities.
• Ensure Team Leaders maintain their own LSW routines (board updates, shift huddles, audits, and 5S).
• Audit and update Team Boards, ensuring visibility to KPIs, countermeasures, and standard work adherence.
• Use Gemba-based observation and coaching to reinforce continuous improvement behaviors.

7. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

• Facilitate or participate in structured problem-solving events (PDCA, 5-Why, Kaizen).
• Empower Team Leaders to identify, escalate, and resolve process issues quickly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to eliminate recurring losses and inefficiencies.

Raytheon is currently seeking a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an excellent position for engineers with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, along with a desire to apply those skills to developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures.  

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Test architectures include a blend of customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), along with custom electro-mechanical holding fixtures and associated interface cabling and harnessing.

Engineers in this role will also have exposure to the full lifecycle development process - from the requirements definition phase of the test solution design process through the verification and final system sell-off in a production facility or field/depot environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital)

The Principal Product Engineer will learn the technical aspect of key product in the Andover, MA factory.  The Product Engineer will be product centric technical liaison, focused on driving collaboration across work centers and all disciplines to resolve technical issues, improve efficiencies and optimize overall product yield to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and systems. You will utilize data analysis, CORE methodologies, and technical understanding to maximize overall product test yield, efficiency, and value.

What You Will Do

• Address major yield and technical issues highlighted by tech leads and factory operation managers.

• Perform data analysis and provide direction for overall product yield and performance improvement.

• Facilitate collaboration across manufacturing work centers and design engineering.

• Empower production test engineer to resolve complex failures through data driven troubleshooting technique.

• Establish technical understanding of the product architecture, subassemblies, and test requirement.

• Partner with test and design engineering team to develop sustaining solution to technical problems with root cause and corrective action identification.  

• Requires direct support of manufacturing test activities and spending a large amount of time directly on the factory floor in support of a highly demanding dynamic environment.

Qualifications You Must Have  

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and typically a minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• 4+ years in Production testing/troubleshooting

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

General description

Under general direction, provide culturally competent individual, group, and family therapy in order to: help children and students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally; strengthen families and connect them with the resources they need; and create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment, in collaboration with educators and other professionals.

• Provide individual, group and family services - including therapy, treatment coordination, and case management - to children, students, and families served by a variety of SBCEO programs, including students with a history of disciplinary and/or behavioral issues in traditional school environments and students in the juvenile justice center.
• Make recommendations to school or program staff and families for behavioral health services and placements, as well as referrals to families for accessing and utilizing school and community resources, as appropriate.
• Provide consultative support and professional expertise to instructional or program staff, service providers, administrators, and families regarding behavioral health, behavioral issues, and substance abuse.
• Provide crisis support to students and their families, helping students regain academic, social, and emotional success and promoting family stability to enable the student to function more effectively in school and community; provide post-crisis intervention case management, including helping families link to intensive, wrap-around behavioral health services.
• Participate in the intervention/coordination of services team with other behavioral health professionals serving community school students.
• Review and approve services provided by other staff for purposes of billing MediCal and other payers.
• Attend and participate in various in-services, committees, and workshops; develop, implement and conduct in-service training sessions for families and staff.
• Maintain treatment and case management records, observing all relevant legal regulations related to patient and student confidentiality.

• Possession of a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage as required by law may be required for some positions in this classification.

Working conditions

Positions in this classification are considered generally sedentary. Most work is performed while sitting at a desk and usually involves extensive use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment. Strenuous physical activity - such as lifting and carrying heavy objects, crawling, or stooping - is not generally associated with these positions. These positions are not typically exposed to significant safety hazards.

Local travel by car to a variety of locations countywide, in order to attend meetings and provide service to students and families, is required.

Classified salary ranges have 26 steps (A-Z). Initial salary placement for new hires is between steps A and J, based on qualifications.
