Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality, hiring and training team members, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The manager will also work to maximize customer satisfaction while upholding Giordano’s commitment to exceptional food and service.
