POSITION SUMMARY

The Controls Leader will provide key leadership with regard to power and control systems, equipment specification and maintenance, proper operation, technician development, troubleshooting and repair to achieve or exceed reliability targets the plant. This role has responsibility for systems optimization, compliance, personnel safety and technician skill development relative to plant electrical power and process control systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists primary administrator and troubleshooter for plant power and control systems and is a key member of plant technical leadership.
• Provides input to the Engineering Projects Manager to develop and manage power and control standards and ensure application of the standards on all projects and upgrades.
• Leads the execution of the site masterplan for power and controls systems to include understanding of the installed base, and replacement plan for obsolete equipment/technologies.
• Builds and maintains a sustainable system for plant Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technicians skill development. Coaches technicians on skill assessment and development of operating within the department.
• Manages Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technicians and daily direction setting.
• Knows, communicates, and ensures technician compliance to local and national regulator codes (NFPA 70, NFPA 70e, NFPA 79 and OSHA 1910). Is also responsible for ensuring equipment and safe practice compliance in their area of responsibility.
• Responsible for validation of the MES data from PLCs. Support plant Process Engineers in conditioning PLC data to accommodate effective data analysis including application development.
• Provides support in the design and implementation of machine control and process automation applications, such as: control strategies, HMI design, MES applications and KPI development.
• Works with engineering and operations to identify losses, and develop plans and strategies to eliminate them, in the areas of safety, quality, reliability and cost.
• Owns parts or whole Key Elements for systems related to power and control system such as electrical safety (LOTO, Electrical PPE, Energized work permits, low voltage qualification, etc.) and Quality/CCP compliance (checkweighers, metal detectors, vision systems, ingredient flows, temperatures, etc.).
• Works closely with engineering and operations leaders on selection and installation/start-up of new equipment. Becomes the technical expert on new equipment and ensures the training of others regarding control systems.
• Provides power and controls engineering support on capital initiatives.
• Provides support throughout other parts of the plant as needed on a daily basis.
• Learns and applies control, simulation and process modeling technologies to analyze and improve overall process and packaging operations.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; Electrical engineering degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of relevant controls experience is required
• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Mechanical and electrical experience in food manufacturing is preferred

DEPLOY has been retained to find a Reporting & Data Architect Lead combines advanced reporting development with enterprise-level data governance and architectural leadership. In this role, you will own our client's enterprise reporting platform—designing robust Power BI solutions, managing shared data models, and ensuring the reporting environment remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.

You will also own our client's enterprise reporting standards and governance framework, ensuring reporting across all departments is consistent, trusted, and aligned with best practices. This includes defining reporting conventions, reviewing changes, onboarding departmental report creators, and stewarding enterprise reporting assets such as certified datasets and endorsed reports.

At the enterprise level, you will architect our client's data framework—defining how data is structured, named, documented, and shared across ERP, operational, manufacturing, and corporate systems. You will own the enterprise data dictionary, the centralized semantic model, and key architectural decisions around Microsoft Fabric and other data tooling. This role interacts frequently with executives to align data strategy with organizational growth and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Reporting (Hands-On Development)

• Build, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data models.
• Develop and govern shared semantic models and reusable datasets that power enterprise-wide reporting.
• Use Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and related ETL/data management tools to shape and integrate reporting data sources.
• Manage dataset refresh schedules, performance tuning, workspace organization, gateway configuration, and reporting system reliability.
• Implement row-level security (RLS), workspace access patterns, and enterprise reporting permissions—Responsible, with the Director of Technology Accountable.

Enterprise Reporting Standards & Governance

• Own our client's enterprise reporting standards framework, covering naming conventions, modeling patterns, documentation practices, lifecycle management, visual design standards, and change control.
• Govern reporting development and deployment across the organization to ensure consistency and prevent duplicate or conflicting models.
• Review and approve reporting change requests, data model modifications, and access requests.
• Lead documentation and enablement for departmental report creators through training, guidance, and structured onboarding.
• Provide strategic direction around reporting maturity, sustainability, and enterprise alignment.

Enterprise Data Architecture

• Design and maintain our client's enterprise data architecture framework across ERP, operational, manufacturing, and corporate systems.
• Own the enterprise data dictionary, defining canonical field names, table structures, business definitions, and version control practices.
• Build and govern the centralized semantic model that powers reporting across the company.
• Advise and strongly influence enterprise-level decisions around Microsoft Fabric, data modeling strategy, and long-term architectural direction—and own the work that follows those decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and system owners to coordinate schema changes, data integrations, and cross-system alignment.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to define reporting roadmaps, enterprise priorities, and data strategy.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts in clear, business-friendly terms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that require unified data structures or scalable reporting.
• Apply automation (Power Automate, Fabric pipelines) and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and governance workflows.

Summary:

The Data Analyst is a key member of the IT department, responsible for delivering accurate, actionable insights through data reporting and analysis. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting reporting needs using SQL. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Project invoicing.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.

Communication:

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who does more than just move data. We need a strategic partner who can translate complex financial metrics into insights that drive the future of our Apparel, Home, and Accessories businesses. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with VP and EVP leadership to shape the story behind the numbers.

The Mission

You will join a high-performing Reporting & Finance team during a pivotal digital transformation. Your mission is two-fold:

1. Maintain Excellence: Own the Quarter-Close process and manage critical trackers for tariffs, cost savings, and planned vs. actuals.
2. Drive Evolution: Lead the charge in transitioning our reporting from static cycles to a streamlined, month-end cadence powered by Power BI automation.

What You’ll Do

• Narrate the Numbers: Present financial insights to executive leadership, effectively "telling the story" behind the data to support global sourcing and pricing decisions.
• Modernize Reporting: Act as the architect for our transition to interactive Power BI dashboards, moving away from manual workflows toward scalable automation.
• Strategic Modeling: Build "what-if" scenarios and financial models to navigate budgeting, headcount, and global market shifts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the financial bridge between Sourcing, IT, Merchandising, and Corporate Finance teams.
• Process Engineering: Evaluate current tools, identify bottlenecks, and document standardized workflows via SOPs and flow charts.

Who You Are

• The Analyst: 5–7 years of experience in finance, reporting, or operations with a strong grasp of the retail or product lifecycle.
• The Power User: You are an Excel Expert (Power Query is a preferred) and highly proficient in Power BI. You can independently design, build, and maintain complex data models.
• The Communicator: You don't just deliver reports; you provide context. You excel at explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial creative and product teams.
• The Efficiency Expert: You have a passion for "continuous improvement." You enjoy taking a messy process and turning it into a streamlined, automated tool.
