The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery requests to hire an APP to provide the upmost patient centered care in an ambulatory and inpatient setting with a multi-specialty group of plastic surgeons. This will include, but not limited to, ambulatory management of cosmetic and reconstructive patients, first assist in the operating room, and inpatient responsilibities to include rounding on all plastic and reconstructive patients.
Nurse Practitioner - Master's Degree in Nursing. Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body or currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse in the state of GA by the Georgia Board of Nursing Advanced Certification in the specialized area if required. The LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Manager and functions within the LPN Scope of Practice.
