The Creative Assistant helps support photoshoots, content creation, campaign execution, and studio organization while ensuring creative assets are produced efficiently and consistently across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities 


Creative Studio Support:

Support the planning and execution of in-studio photoshoots for eCommerce, marketing campaigns, and editorial content. 


Responsibilities include: 


  • Assist with studio setup, lighting preparation, and equipment organization 
  • Prepare merchandise for photoshoots including steaming, tagging, and product organization 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and operationally ready creative studio environment 
  • Assist the Creative Coordinator and Photographer with photoshoot execution and creative direction 
  • Support scheduling and logistical preparation for upcoming shoots 
  • Ensure product and creative assets are handled carefully and returned to proper departments 


Social Media Content Support:

Assist with the creation and coordination of social media content that reflects the Marissa Collections brand across digital platforms.

  • Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar 
  • Capture photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest 
  • Assist with editing and preparing content for social media publishing

Marketing and eCommerce Support;

Support the development of creative assets used across marketing campaigns and eCommerce initiatives.

  • Support creative preparation for seasonal launches, trunk shows, and store events 
  • Assist with organizing digital assets and creative files for internal use

Creative Operations:

Support operational processes that ensure creative projects are executed efficiently.

Position Summary

The Pre-Litigation Case Manager supports the firm's personal injury practice by managing a caseload of matters from file opening through the pre-litigation stage. This role coordinates communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies while ensuring that all case documentation, billing information, and records are maintained with exceptional organization and accuracy. Effective case management is critical to ensuring cases progress efficiently and are fully prepared for settlement or potential litigation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial file setup through the pre-litigation stage while maintaining highly organized and accurate case records
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties to obtain documentation and coordinate case progress
  • Open insurance claims, draft letters of representation and notice letters, and assist with other legal correspondence as directed by the supervising attorney

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in personal injury case management, legal support, medical billing coordination, or a related role in a contingency-based law firm preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous active cases simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records across multiple providers and billing sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and third-party stakeholders
  • Ability to be persistent and proactive when following up with insurance companies and medical billing departments to obtain necessary information
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday communicating with providers and insurers
  • Proficiency with case management software and standard office technology

West Coast Resolution Group (WCRG), a division of NCRC, provides exceptional and affordable mediation services to the legal community. Position Overview

The Case Administrator supports WCRG by assisting with case management and providing administrative support to the case management team, mediators, attorneys, and clients. This role plays an important part in ensuring mediations run smoothly from initial setup through completion. The position includes a combination of administrative case management, client interaction, and mediation support for both remote and in-person sessions.

This is a hybrid/remote position requiring the candidate to work three days per week in the office and two days per week remotely. This schedule is subject to change as needed.



Key Responsibilities

·       Creates and organizes case file documentation in the MyCase case management software, including initial case setup with clients, attorneys, mediators, and key deadlines for payments, mediation briefs, and signatures.

·       Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person mediations, including preparing conference rooms and managing Zoom breakout rooms.

·       Welcome mediators, attorneys, and their clients and assist with conference room or virtual room assignments.

·       Collect and track signed confidentiality agreements prior to mediation.

·       Assist in ensuring mediation briefs are submitted to the mediator before the session.

·       Prepare conference rooms for mediations and restock supplies as needed.

·       Coordinate lunch orders for mediation sessions when required.

·       Ensure department laptops and technology are functioning properly for mediations.

·       Provide light front desk support.



Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in a related field.

·       Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment.

·       A combination of education and 2–3 years demonstrated administrative or clerical experience in an office setting will be considered.

·       Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·       Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

·       Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

·       Experience in a legal or mediation office is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION
