Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tulip app building with MES as key area of focus
  • Integration of Tulip with enterprise solutions: SAP, CMMS. Etc.
  • Design, implement, and maintain analytics and dashboards in Power BI and Tulip Analytics.
  • Evaluate new solutions and support lab testing with onsite proof of concept activities.
  • Support end of line test cell enhancements.
  • On-call rotation for after hours support of applications deployed by Advanced Manufacturing team.
  • Responsible for managing assigned project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure manufacturing data accuracy from responsible systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology
  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience supporting operations technology.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing technical projects; including requirements, budgets, timelines, and changes.
  • Proven track record of utilizing technology to drive manufacturing improvements.

Position Summary

The Generator Technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential generator systems. We currently have five COSTCO warehouses in the North Texas and surrounding areas where we need Lead Setters to generate leads for customers who are interested in a Generac Standby Home Generator. The locations are: Costco of Duncanville, Costco of East Plano, Costco of Rockwall, Costco of Dallas, and Costco of McKinney.

We help people achieve a more comfortable, safe, and healthy environment in their homes by educating them on generator systems and more! We are an essential business, and we treat everyone like family.

We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our team! We need friendly faces to generate leads and book appointments part-time, Thursday through Saturday, inside of the Costco warehouses.

No experience necessary.

Must be a driven, people person that is not afraid to say \"Hi!\", engage and chat with Costco members.

About the Role:

The Stockroom Controller ensures the effective completion of deliveries, recalls, stock counts and stock takes. You are responsible for ensuring the stockroom environment is well organised, safe and easy to navigate. You are confident in working independently and support all back office admin duties.






Your Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand representative at all times.
  • Be responsible for off floor operational tasks.
  • Be an expert in stock and till processes.
  • Take pride in the upkeep of the stockroom, making sure that it is clear and easy for
  • the team to navigate and communicating any changes within the stockroom
  • organisation to the team.
  • Ensure deliveries are unpacked, checked, labelled and placed correctly in the areas.
  • Ensure existing products are accurately labelled and placed correctly in the areas.
  • Manage the stock inventory and stock movement process.
  • Attend all stock takes.
  • Prioritise merch actions when necessary.
  • Have a good understanding of the product range and style names.
  • Prepare and steam the daily replenishment.
  • Support on the shop floor if required.
  • Ensure the stockroom meets Health & Safety compliance.
  • Ensure stock is safely stored and broken ladders, stools, etc. are disposed of.
  • Work alongside the Compliance and Training Coordinator.
  • Embrace change and support the roll out of new systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Communicate efficiently, to the store manager and the team, stock levels such as sell outs and low stock.
  • Display high level of telephone etiquette when using the store phone.
  • Ensure a professional tone is used when sending emails from the store email.
  • Be a key contributor to store KPIs.

What You’ll Do:

New Account Acquisition

  • Identify and target small and regional businesses not currently stocking company products, including electrical supply houses, lumber yards, hardware stores, and local grocery chains
  • Actively pursue and close new stocking locations through in-person sales visits within the assigned territory
  • Partner with an Inside Sales Representative to schedule appointments and advance opportunities
  • Achieve monthly targets for new stocking locations added
  • Exclude Nationally Planogrammed Accounts (NPAs) such as Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, and similar national retailers

Account Handover

  • Transition newly identified and qualified accounts to the designated Inside Sales Representative or Account Management team
  • Ensure all customer details, documentation, and account information are accurately communicated for a smooth handoff
  • Maintain direct ownership of select accounts when decisions are made locally or when a corporate buying office is not involved

Converting Locations to Stocking Locations

  • Convert nationally set but locally non-stocking locations into active stocking locations
  • Work with accounts such as Ace Hardware, Napa, City Electric, and similar retailers to secure local inventory commitments
  • Increase product availability and sales velocity at converted locations

Merchandising, Upselling & Maintaining at Existing Stocking Locations

  • Maintain adequate inventory of product samples and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to support territory needs
  • Build strong relationships with store and branch personnel to reinforce brand loyalty and long-term partnerships
  • Secure off-shelf displays, preferential placement, and promotional support using effective selling and negotiation skills
  • Ensure products are properly stocked, merchandised, and replenished
  • Upsell products at every visit and introduce additional SKUs and display opportunities
  • Perform product demonstrations and participate in in-store events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Ensure execution of promotions planned at the headquarters level
