- Call coverage will depend on number of physicians in practice (currently 4 taking call)
- Call usually in-house, but may take call from home if quiet and Physician lives within 30

Partnership Option:
- If mutually agreeable, partnership is offered after 2 years as employee physician.
- Partner would have equal voting share on Board
- Buy-in to include percentage of hard assets and group AR
- Buy-in terms flexible and usually include a salary reduction rather than lump sum

Teaching Opportunities:
- No residents or medical students
- Some rotation of PA s and NP s through office participation in teaching is optional
- No academic appointment

Group Information:
- Single specialty-full scope OB-GYN group
- 5 physicians (1 part-time office gyn only. 4 full-time)
- 5 CNM s
- 1 Family Practice NP
- In-house high-resolution USD (4 RDM s 3 GE Voluson machines working daily)
- 2-3 medical assistants per Physician
- 4 RN s performing NST s, IV infusions, management of HCG s, triage phone calls, wound
care, NOB visits, and some routine OB visits
- Full in-house billing/collection services
- In-house surgery with board-certified anesthesiologist providing conscious sedation.

Procedures include: Novasure, Myosures, IUD retrievals, D&C s, D&E s ( Hysteroscopies, Bartholin s gland marsupialization
- Botox and in-office laser liposuction available
- Full scope IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon insertion/removal
- Office Endosee, LEEP s and SIS procedures available
- Basic infertility work-up and treatment including IUI and Ory protocol
- OB care both low and high-risk care. Group performs about 100 deliveries/month
- MFM s available via telephone for consultations and referrals
- On-Site 3D mammograms performed in office
- EMR: Allscripts Pro EHR
