About the Role (Relocation Provided)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team, supporting the assembly of aerospace and aircraft components. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical assembly experience who is looking to grow within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

• Responsible for supervising all technical operations related to the department. (I.E. Structures, Bond Shop, Paint Shop, etc.)

Provide critical, constructive feedback on students' written reports and oral presentations. Coordinating and participating in the MS Plan II exam of each student at the end of the capstone project period. This pool encompasses engineering science and technology specializations relevant to both mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering.

Job Overview

A CNC machinist at Betts may work in any of our machining departments which include 3-axis mills, 5 axis mills, horizontal mills, dual-spindle lathe (with live tooling), and 5-axis machine centers (mill head with turning turret). A Betts machinist is provided with a machine, program, and preset cart of supplies, and will use those tools to setup his or her machine.
