As the Distribution Team Lead, you will own a set of critical tasks and functions as part of the daily execution of distribution work and training.

Responsibilities:

Executing staffing plans/adjustments as needed to ensure operational goals are met daily; escalating concerns and issues to leadership when necessary
Planning, allocating, and coordinating all activities in the consolidation zone
Monitoring order changes/revisions/removals planning and executing necessary order adjustments in SAP/eWM system including assigning work for completion.
Coordinating with the Customer Service and Transportation teams to fulfill urgent delivery and will call requests.
