Job Responsibilities

Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers? needs
?    Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
?    Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
?    Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
?    Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients? needs
?    Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
?    Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event 
?    Responsible for delivering food and labor targets 
?    Responsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
?    Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables
?    Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members 
?    Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies

Qualifications

?    Requires at least 2 years of experience 
?    Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
?    Previous experience in events, hospitality and catering preferred
?    Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
?    Available to work event-based hours 
?    Must have excellent communications skills
?    Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
?    Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
?    Ability to stand for extended periods of time

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Execute high-precision imaging and complex interventional procedures (including vascular and non-vascular) to provide Radiologists with the diagnostic clarity needed for life-saving treatments.

  • Prioritize patient safety and comfort by expertly positioning individuals and managing radiation protocols, ensuring every scan is as gentle and effective as possible.

  • Facilitate advanced clinical interventions by preparing and administering medications and contrast media, acting as a vital partner to the clinical team during specialized procedures.

  • Monitor patient well-being in real-time, identifying and communicating subtle changes in status to ensure a safe and responsive environment throughout the imaging process.

  • Champion clinical excellence by refining imaging protocols and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for every patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Vascular-Intrvn Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 15 Months (1 1/4 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. General Radiography required in addition to Vascular Interventional Radiology required. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required. General Radiology and state licensure required by hire or job transfer date.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • 8a-430p with evening, weekend and holiday call rotation please
  • IR experience preferred
