ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Resource Planner to lead the optimization of our project lifecycle, from planning through commissioning. This is not a traditional scheduling role; you will act as a strategic advisor, auditing our current "Excel-centric" workflows to identify inefficiencies and architecting data-driven solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex power generation manufacturing and modern project management methodology, leveraging Power BI and AI tools to transform raw data into actionable executive insights for people and materials planning.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary:
In this role, you will be a senior strategic sourcing resource, providing best in class sourcing and contracting strategies focused on delivering and optimizing provider value. You will accomplish this by leading and facilitating all aspects of strategic sourcing processes including developing and executing a robust workplan and roadmap of opportunities, strategy building, contract development, negotiations, communications, documentation, and implementation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and assist team members to create project plans that engage others to meet savings goals and business objectives.

Essential Functions
- Support and coordinate real estate closings, including review of closing documentation, settlement statements, payoff calculations, title matters, and post-closing issue resolution.
