Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, acting as the primary architect of the firm’s financial strategy and operational framework. Responsibilities:
Fund Management & Investor Reporting
- Oversee quarterly financial reporting for all funds and partnerships, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and institutional-quality delivery.
- Manage capital planning and liquidity across the platform, including capital calls, distributions, subscription lines, fee calculations, carried interest allocations, and GP/LP waterfall mechanics.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax filings, ensuring timely delivery of K-1s and compliance with LP and side-letter obligations.
- Support investor information requests and DDQs in partnership with senior leadership (not a front-facing fundraising role).
Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and long-range financial planning for the management company.
- Provide CFO-level input on fund formation, co-invest structures, GP commitments, and credit facilities.
- Support senior leadership with scenario analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making.
Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance
- Oversee GAAP-compliant accounting across multiple funds and the management company.
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures while preserving an entrepreneurial operating environment.
- Manage treasury functions, cash planning, and intercompany activity.
- Oversee SEC compliance as a registered investment advisor, including reporting, testing, and policy administration.
- Lead relationships with auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and insurance providers.
Systems, Infrastructure & Team Leadership
- Oversee financial systems, fund administration, reporting tools, and Excel-based capital planning models.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and scalability as AUM and transaction complexity grow.
- Lead and develop a lean, high-performing finance and accounting team, working closely with a long-tenured accounting lead who manages day-to-day reporting.
Qualifications:
- 12–20+ years of senior finance and accounting experience within real estate private equity, investment management, or a similar alternative asset platform.
- CPA required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in real estate fund accounting, partnership structures, promote waterfalls, and institutional LP reporting.
- Experience operating in lean, entrepreneurial environments where senior leaders remain hands-on.

Job Summary The Oncology Clinical Educator role provides disease state, REMS, and product safety education and training to key healthcare providers within Oncology clinics, and health care providers (HCPs) in both the hospital and clinic/office setting.

Job Summary
The HR Operations Specialist is the first point of contact for employee and manager HR requests through QXO’s HR Service Center. This role delivers Tier 1 case based support across the employee lifecycle by resolving standard inquiries, completing defined HR transactions, and guiding leaders and employees to the right processes, tools, and policies. The Specialist documents work in the case management platform, meets service level and quality standards, and escalates sensitive, complex, or high risk issues to Tier 2, COEs, HRBPs, Employee Relations, Payroll, or Legal based on defined decision trees.
This role is critical to reducing back channel HR requests, improving consistency, and enabling self service by contributing to knowledge articles, templates, and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 Intake, Case Management, and Customer Support
- Serve as the primary Tier 1 contact for HR support through the HR case management system and approved channels (portal, phone, email, and messaging as applicable)
- Resolve standard requests related to HR policies, benefits navigation, leave intake and routing, pay, timekeeping, and employee data
- Apply approved scripts, workflows, and decision trees to ensure consistent guidance and case outcomes
- Document cases with complete notes, disposition codes, and audit ready attachments, ensuring accurate categorization for reporting and trend analysis
- Escalate cases that are sensitive, complex, or high risk using defined criteria and warm handoffs to the correct partner group (HRBP, Employee Relations, Payroll, Leave, Total Rewards, Legal)
HR Transactions and Data Quality
- Execute defined employee lifecycle transactions using standard operating procedures, including job changes, transfers, promotions, data changes, leaves, and separations, including coordinating required approvals and documentation
- Enter, validate, and audit employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Support employment verifications and personnel record requests in accordance with company policy and applicable requirements
- Maintain transaction quality through checklists and controls, escalating recurring errors or upstream process gaps
Time, Pay, and Leave Support
- Provide Tier 1 support for timekeeping questions and exceptions, including educating employees and managers on correct punches, transfers, and schedules, and partnering with Payroll and Time teams to resolve issues
- Support leave intake and routing for FMLA, ADA, and disability related processes, directing employees to the appropriate leave administrator or internal owner while maintaining privacy and documentation standards
- Explain benefit plan navigation, enrollment steps, and life event changes, directing employees to approved resources and vendor partners as needed
- Identify patterns in pay, time, or leave issues, and escalate systemic defects to functional owners with clear examples and impact
Policy, Risk, and Compliance Triage
- Communicate and reinforce HR policies consistently using approved language, and escalate when interpretation or exceptions are required
- Recognize potential compliance or employee relations risks and escalate promptly following defined thresholds
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee data consistent with company standards and regulatory expectations
Knowledge, Digital Support, and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge articles, templates, and standard responses to reduce repeat contacts and improve self service
- Tag cases accurately and surface trends, contact drivers, and opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and policy clarification
- Participate in quality reviews and coaching to improve first contact resolution, cycle time, and customer experience
- Support the evolution of digital Tier 0, including testing knowledge content, validating intent categories, and identifying candidates for automation

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Manager, Cybersecurity Operations is responsible for overseeing Skechers global security operations and incident response program. This role provides operational leadership to ensure effective threat detection, investigation, and response across enterprise environments, leveraging both internal capabilities and partnership with managed security service providers.
This role blends strategic program ownership with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring SOC and IR processes are mature, well-governed, and continuously improving. The manager will own global operations and incident response policies, lead incident response training and tabletop exercises, and partner with internal teams and external providers to strengthen detection and response readiness, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
SOC Operations & MSSP Management
- Manage the global SOC function, including day-to-day operations, escalation workflows, and 24/7 monitoring coverage across internal teams and external partners.
- Serve as the primary operational owner for MSSP relationships, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, performance, and security expectations.
- Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths between internal and external teams.
- Regularly assess program performance using defined metrics, service-level objectives, and quality reviews, driving continuous improvement as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding, tuning, and ongoing optimization of tooling and detections across internal and managed environments.
Incident Response & Process Governance
- Own the global incident response program, including policies, playbooks, escalation procedures, and post-incident review processes.
- Orchestrate response activities during significant or complex security incidents, ensuring effective collaboration between internal responders, MSSPs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate incident response training and tabletop exercises, including scenarios involving MSSP participation and escalation.
- Drive post-incident lessons learned and ensure findings are translated into process, detection, and response improvements.
Security Operations & Risk Activities
- Lead vulnerability triage and operational risk review processes, coordinating prioritization and remediation with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Oversee periodic security operations reviews to assess detection coverage, response effectiveness, and operational gaps.
- Partner with threat intelligence, detection engineering, and technical engineering teams to improve signal quality, reduce noise, and align monitoring to current threat trends.
Metrics, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Define and track incident response metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, alert quality, incident trends, and MSSP performance indicators.
- Provide clear, timely operational reporting and executive summaries to cybersecurity and IT leadership.
- Represent cybersecurity operations in audits, risk discussions, and vendor governance forums, ensuring operational controls are well understood and defensible.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proven experience managing SOC operations and incident response programs, including coordination with MSSPs or outsourced security services.
- Strong understanding of SOC workflows, threat detection, SIEM operations, alert triage, and incident escalation models.
- Experience developing and governing incident response policies, playbooks, and training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, including performance reviews, service-level management, and operational integration.
- Hands-on experience with incident response, digital forensics, and vulnerability triage.
- Strong people leadership skills, including task prioritization, performance management, and team development.

Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or entertainment operations.
- Proven experience managing high-volume locations and leading multiple teams across a geographic region.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control.

In this role, you will support the PPSM Program through the assurance that all Enterprise IS Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) are registered in the PPSM central registry (PPSM-Unclassified (PPSM-U) and PPSM-Classified (PPSM-C)); are categorized and updated on the PPSM Category Assurance List; non-standard requests are not deployed prior to approval from the Authorizing Official (AO); and assist the Government to develop, revise, implement, and enforce PPSM policies. PPSM support includes all DISA owned and supported ISs and DISA authorized Cloud Service Offerings.

Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure all systems are registered in PPSM and eMASS, processing DD2875 requests within four days and auditing access annually.
- Develop and update the DISA PPS Registry SOP/Guide semi-annually.

BACKGROUND
The National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) is a unique facility located at Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD, dedicated to defending the nation against biological threats. Established in response to biodefense gaps identified after the Amerithrax attacks of 2001, NBACC has been operated by the Battelle National Biodefense Institute (BNBI) since 2006.
NBACC supports DHS and national biodefense preparedness planning, response, emerging threat characterization, and bioforensic analyses. It addresses critical scientific knowledge gaps regarding biological agents to protect the public and defend the nation against biological threats- whether naturally occurring, accidental, or deliberate. NBACC also provides federal law enforcement with scientific data to support the investigation and attribution of biocrimes and the protection of the U.S. bioeconomy.
NBACC is comprised of two centers:
- National Bioforensic Analysis Center (NBFAC): Conducts technical analyses to support federal law enforcement investigations.
- National Biological Threat Characterization Center (NBTCC): Conducts experiments and studies to gather data for understanding biological vulnerabilities and hazards.
Together, these centers serve as a national resource for assessing risks posed by biological agents and emerging technologies, informing biodefense policy and response planning, and supporting the investigation, prosecution, and prevention of biocrimes and bioterrorism.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Supports animal studies and provides veterinary medical care and maintenance of animal colony health under the supervision of the institutional veterinarian(s). Performs required tasks with regular supervision and guidance and is expected to work independently while keeping their supervisor/manager informed on status of projects and/or area(s) of responsibility.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Formal animal technician training, or AALAS certification at the ALAT level, or at least two years' experience as a laboratory animal technician is required.
- Experience with nonhuman primates and agricultural species (e.g., sheep, goats, and swine) is desirable.
- Able to transport and lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine laboratory job procedures and duties.
- Intermediate scientific proficiency in laboratory functions. Possesses the ability to identify issues with laboratory protocols, procedures, and experimental plans.
- Proficiency and clarity of oral and written communications are essential.
- Exemplary organizational skills with a proven track record of working effectively both independently and as a team player.
- Knowledge or experience with biocontainment facilities and procedures, laboratory safety, biosurety, and decontamination desirable.

- Must be a citizen of the United States, able to obtain and maintain an interim secret clearance leading to a top-secret clearance, suitability for DHS, and a favorable adjudication of the Department of Justice (DoJ) for select agent access.
- Participation in the Immunization Program, Medical Surveillance Program, and enrollment in the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) is required.
- Required to participate in NBACC's alternative work and/or on-call schedule, including weekends and holiday coverage as scheduled on a rotating basis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs procedures including, but not limited to: Monitoring animals for general health; administering medications; performing laboratory diagnostic procedures; administering anesthesia; collecting biological samples; performing minor surgical procedures; and pre- and post-operative care of research animals.
- Provides routine husbandry and environmental enrichment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and study requirements in biocontainment and other areas as necessary.
- Performs daily health surveillance checks and reports any abnormal conditions of either the animals or the animal room and cage environment to appropriate veterinary care staff.
- Disposes of waste and animal carcasses from the facility according to established waste streams.
- Performs duties in both conventional and biocontainment (ABSL-1/2/3/4) animal holding and research areas.
- Possesses the ability to work on multiple science tasks simultaneously, while performing assignments outside of area of expertise.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Follows established procedures on routine work, requires instruction only on new assignments, and is self-sufficient in monitoring and reporting on quality, and compliance.
- Participates in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and protocols including writing and updating NBACC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and forms to improve NBACC's ability to serve its customers.
- Identifies departures from the Quality Management System (QMS) and initiates actions to investigate and prevent such occurrences.
- With minimal supervision, operates, maintains, and characterizes the performance of equipment ensuring the reagents and supplies are maintained and used properly.
