Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills;Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related),Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of project management in medical devices, with ≥5 years leading compliance programs for medical electrical equipment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medical device programs from concept to market launch (including regulatory clearance/approval).
- Strong knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, ISO 14971 risk management, IEC 62304 (software), and global regulatory pathways (510(k), De Novo, PMA, MDR).

The major responsibility for an Insurance Claims Representative is assisting the department with manners regarding the company's credit insurance programs and claims.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process Life and Disability Insurance claims
- Process Life and Disability Insurance proceeds received from an internal or external insurance carrier
- Perform next day verification of Life and Disability payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process Total Loss claims
- Verify GAP coverage after a Total Loss and file the GAP claim. Process GAP refunds/issue checks
- Process Total Loss proceeds issued by auto insurance companies Process collision/repair checks issued by auto insurance companies
- Perform next day verification of Total Loss and/or collision repair payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process cancellations on Total Losses for back-end products (i.e. Dealer Warranties)
- Prepare and send Customer Balance Letters
- Coordinate and process loan payoff requests
- Process the necessary lien and/or title releases

Job Description
The Production Manager assists the Plant Manager by coordinating the activities of employees within the production facility. The Production Manager will oversee the daily plant operations of the Fairview plant, including training and mentoring of plant supervisors as well as coordinate activities internal to the plant and outside the organization (suppliers and customers) to meet production requirements.

The Opportunity
Based out of Cockeysville, MD, this full-time Client Manager is central to the Core Commercial Lines team of Maury, Donnelly, & Parr, Inc. This person is responsible for managing and coordinating all assigned accounts and bonds.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages assigned accounts; analyzes accounts for adequacy and appropriate coverage. Prepares final proposal presentation, analysis and summaries as needed.
- Reviews endorsements for completion and accuracy.
- Markets the account and reviews marketing placements.
- Initiates and follows up on renewal applications.
- Identifies cross/up selling opportunities. Expands and rounds out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.

- Tracks claims, flags claim-heavy accounts and incorrectly written accounts.
- Responsible for agency billing according to service standard.

Preparing bonds, coordinating bond preparation, invoicing, obtaining bid results from customers and sending them to underwriters, requesting and analyzing financial statements, making recommendations to customers, sending financial information and negotiating terms with surety companies, and fielding leads for new prospective customers.

Engagement Description –
The Case Manager RN leads the coordination of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic, person centric care management program to a diverse health plan population with a variety of health and social needs. They serve as the single point of contact for members, caregivers, and providers using a variety of communication channels including phone calls, emails, text messages and the client's online messaging platform.
