Stooping/Bending

Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting

Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Reaching

Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72\" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Hand Tasks

Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. What You'll Do

As a Shift Manager, you will:

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts, focusing on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust operations to meet McDonald's standards and goals.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout your shift.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support assigned Departments by helping meet team goals and targets.

You'll also be responsible for:

• Food Safety: Maintaining high standards and compliance with all procedures.
• Internal Communication: Keeping the team informed and motivated.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing stock levels.
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensuring the restaurant is always guest-ready.
• Crew Management: Coaching, supporting, and leading team members.
• Quality Food Production: Ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Creating memorable guest experiences.
• Safety and Security: Prioritizing the safety of guests and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality.

As a Maintenance Team Member at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the restaurant remains clean, well-organized, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of both the interior and exterior of the building, as well as its equipment. This position involves a range of duties from routine cleaning and general upkeep to minor repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Daily cleaning and filtering of oil vats
• Power washing exterior areas
• Cleaning restaurant interior and equipment
• Assisting with unloading delivery trucks (twice per week)
• Rotating stock and organizing inventory

• Changing roof filters and light bulbs
• Maintaining a supply of clean, sanitized towels for team use
