Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Mule Vehicle Triage (E/E) to support our OEM customer in Novi, MI with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution on Mule and early prototype vehicles.
This role is and requires strong hands-on experience with in-vehicle networks, data logging, and triage processes.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in vehicle communication networks, the use of Vector tools, and data logging systems, and is able to work independently onsite with the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite Mule Vehicle Triage & Issue Resolution
- Perform structured troubleshooting of electrical and electronic issues

Position description
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach Electrical Engineering or Computer Science courses should an opening arise. These are not tenure-track positions - selected candidates will hold the title of Lecturer. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the department. Due to budget restrictions, no funding is available for visa or relocation expenses.
In addition to lecturing responsibilities, general duties for these positions include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g. syllabus), and maintaining a course website.
The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy in higher education through their teaching. The Global Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer accounts, working both independently and in collaboration with an account team. This role has both strategic and tactical responsibilities. The Global Account Manager ensures that Cohu is positioned for long‑term success with assigned customers by aligning internal resources and coordinating operational execution to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
• Maintain overall responsibility for managing Cohu’s business and relationships with assigned customer accounts. Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales, Finance, Operations) to communicate customer expectations and ensure Cohu is meeting bookings targets and achieving desired market share.

• Create and deliver technical presentations as needed.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports documenting account activities, key events, status updates, and action items.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction scorecards; address issues with urgency to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare timely responses to RFQs and RFIs.
• Lead contract negotiations, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define negotiation strategies and achieve optimal results.
• Provide leadership in setting work priorities and schedules across the organization to support customer needs.
• Identify, define, and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate and timely forecasts.
• Coordinate and host customer meetings and conference calls. Lead or participate in Equipment User Group meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering with emphasis in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years in the semiconductor equipment industry or related business, serving in a sales, service, or marketing capacity as a supplier or user of back‑end equipment.
• Experience working with customers manufacturing AI-, ML-, or HPC‑class semiconductor devices—such as Nvidia, Google, Microsoft, Apple, OpenAI (ChatGPT), or similar advanced computing chipmakers

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands‑on SMPS design experience, including topologies such as Forward, Flyback, Buck, Boost, etc.
- Deep experience designing and specifying magnetics for power conversion
- Strong background in analog and digital power control circuits
- Solid understanding of noise mitigation, EMI/EMC considerations, and power integrity
- Strong knowledge of discrete semiconductors and passive components
- Proficiency with electrical modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE‑based tools, simulation suites)
