Your Day Consists Of
- Buy vs Build leadership. Evaluate 3rd-party AI platforms and partnerships. Serve as the technical lead in vetting vendor methodologies, guiding the in-house vs external decisioning.

The Role
The company is seeking a Head of Digital Growth Marketing to lead and scale its digital growth engine. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a performance-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, customer insight, and brand storytelling.
This position owns the full digital growth funnel across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing. The Head of Digital Growth Marketing will drive revenue growth, improve channel efficiency, and expand customer lifetime value across domestic and international markets. The role will define strategy, oversee execution, and partner cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive and premium customer journey. This position manages a team of four.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Performance
• Own the digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Define and manage KPIs including revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and contribution margin
• Develop a robust testing framework to continuously optimize performance and scale winning initiatives
Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)
• Lead segmentation, personalization, automation, and testing strategies to drive repeat purchase and long-term loyalty
• Oversee lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive while maintaining strong data integrity and regulatory compliance
Paid Media & Search
• Lead paid social and paid search strategy in partnership with external agencies
• Continuously test and refine creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and incrementality
Affiliate & Partnerships
• Grow affiliate and strategic partnership programs to drive incremental revenue while maintaining strong brand alignment
Analytics & Insights
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance across all digital channels
• Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and leadership decisions
• Own forecasting, performance reviews, and optimization roadmaps
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team
• Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Retail, and E-commerce teams to support product launches and campaigns
• Establish scalable processes and strong agency partnerships while fostering a culture of accountability and experimentation
Who You Are
• 8–10+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a DTC or e-commerce environment
• Proven track record driving measurable growth across email, SMS, paid social, paid search, affiliate, and lifecycle programs
• Highly analytical and comfortable owning performance metrics, forecasting, and growth planning
• Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong people leader who can coach teams while also operating hands-on when needed

- program. The CMDB Configuration Manager is responsible for overseeing the asset and CI
- lifecycle within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role is
- accountable for ensuring that CMDB data is complete, correct, compliant, and
- service-aware, enabling reliable asset lifecycle management, impact analysis, reporting,
- and operational decision-making.
- The CMDB Configuration Manager continuously monitors CI data quality, working beyond
- automated controls to actively manage integration outputs, reconciliation, and stakeholder
- alignment. This role partners closely with Technology Asset Management (TAM),
- Procurement, and Operational teams to ensure assets are accurately represented
- throughout their lifecycle and aligned with organizational standards and regulatory
- requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- CMDB Data Quality & Health
- Monitor and report on the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of CI data within the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Monitor CMDB Health metrics (Completeness, Correctness and Compliance) and proactively remediate data quality issues.
- Lead regular audits and reconciliations of assets and CIs using ServiceNow CMDB Health, Data Manager, and Attestation tools.
- Investigate stale discovery or integration records to determine decommissioned or improperly retired assets.
Asset & CI Lifecycle Management
- Audit the end-to-end lifecycle of assets and their corresponding Configuration Items (CIs), from intake through retirement.
- Ensure continuous alignment and synchronization between Asset and CI records.
- Resolve mismatches in state, substate, ownership, and location between asset and CI records.
- Ensure proper retirement and disposal tracking is occurring, in alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
- Integration & Reconciliation Governance
- Oversee the technical health of CMDB data integrations leveraging ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure accurate ingestion of third party data sources.
- Assist with review and remediation of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) errors to resolve data conflicts and prevent duplicate CI creation.
- Partner with integration owners to enforce data standards and reconciliation rules.
CSDM & Relationship Governance
- Document and enforce hardware configuration standards aligned with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Where defined, ensure accurate asset to service relationships and dependency mappings for servers, network devices, and storage components.
- Perform spot checks and targeted reviews to validate CI relationships supporting reliable service impact analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Technology Asset Management (TAM), Procurement, Operations, and Facilities teams to align asset intake, refresh cycles, and lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure CMDB standards are followed during acquisitions, changes, and decommissioning activities.
- Serve as a subject?matter expert for CMDB data governance and best practices.
- Reporting, Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Generate and distribute asset and CMDB reports to support operational, financial, and compliance decision?making.
- Train and guide IT staff and stakeholders on CMDB procedures, data quality expectations, and configuration management best practices.

Required Qualifications

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for the overall management of risk across the credit union. This includes enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, vendor management, corporate insurance, business continuity management, records retention, and fraud risk management. The CRO will ensure that the credit union operates within its risk appetite, adheres to regulatory requirements, and protects its members' assets while supporting sustainable growth and innovation.

- Develop and implement a robust enterprise risk management (ERM) framework that identifies, assesses, mitigates, and monitors risks across the credit union.
- Advise the CEO and board of directors on risk exposures and mitigation strategies, providing clear and actionable insights.

- Internal Audit
- Oversee the internal audit function, ensuring it operates independently and effectively to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the credit union’s internal controls.

- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan that addresses key operational, financial, and compliance risks.

- Vendor Management
- Manage the third-party risk management program, ensuring that third-party relationships are adequately assessed for sufficient controls (especially information security), risks and aligned with the credit union’s strategic goals.
- Records Retention
- Oversee the records retention program, ensuring that all records are maintained, stored, and disposed of in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for records management, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Conduct regular reviews of the records retention program to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency.
- Business Continuity Management
- Lead the development and maintenance of the business continuity plan (BCP) to ensure the credit union’s ability to operate during and after a crisis or disruption.
- Coordinate and lead regular testing and training exercises to ensure preparedness and continuous improvement of the BCP.
- Corporate Insurance
- Oversee the corporate insurance program, ensuring adequate coverage for all operational, financial, and liability risks.
- Evaluate and select insurance providers, negotiate policy terms, and manage claims processes.
- Regularly review and update insurance coverage to reflect changes in the credit union’s risk profile and operations.
- Own the notification process to insurance carriers and other key stakeholders for potential or actual claims.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those specific to credit unions.
- Stay informed about changes in the regulatory environment and assess their impact on the credit union’s operations.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the risk management, internal audit, and vendor management teams, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for direct reports, providing guidance and support to achieve them.
- Ensure effective succession planning within the risk management and related functions.
- Board and Executive Collaboration
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board of directors on all risk-related matters, providing regular updates on risk exposures, mitigation strategies, and internal audit findings.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to align risk management practices with the credit union’s overall business objectives.
- Present reports and recommendations to the board’s audit and risk committees, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring that risk considerations are integrated into the credit union’s long-term plans.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives that involve risk management, internal audit, or compliance considerations.
- Support innovation and transformation initiatives by assessing risks and providing solutions that align with the credit union’s strategic goals.

What We Look For In You:
EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance is required. A Master of Business Administration and Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible management experience in a financial institution setting. A strong background in risk management, including direct experience in developing, assessing, and performing enterprise risk assessments are required. Must also be familiar with risk management concepts and leading practices such as the COSO framework.
SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES:
- Extensive experience in a senior risk management role, preferably within a credit union, financial institution, or similarly regulated industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management and internal audit strategies.
- Have previous hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, third-party risk management, business continuity planning, and corporate insurance program management.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to “roll-sleeves” up to help the credit union achieve its broader goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform risk management decisions.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At SFFCU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the San Francisco Market is an annual salary of $200,000 to $285,000.
