Our client is looking to add a Sr. Scrum Master to their team that is a servant leader and coach for an agile team, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more pod/ scrum team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. The Scrum Master helps educate the team, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed.
