As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and overseeing the daily operation in EM (Electro Mechanical) assembly and for direct and indirect supervision of the EM assembly personnel. The Manufacturing Manager ensures that products are produced safely, at the highest quality level and cost efficiently and that products are delivered on time. Additionally, the Manufacturing Manager has overall site EHS and facility management responsibility. This is a 100% on-site role.

EM Assembly
- Oversee EM operational systems and processes assuring practices are consistent and processes are followed while looking for opportunities for improvement.
- Formulate EM strategic and operational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with planning, purchasing and warehouse departments.
- Ensure parts are available and ready prior to initiating assembly.
- Resolve issues in their respective areas that prevent EM from starting assembly as planned.
- Lead direct and indirect reports, ten to twenty total employees.
- Set expectations for direct and indirect employees and ensure performance meets expectations.
- Address performance issues, lead hiring and training.
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides solutions to prevent and mitigate risks.
- Monitor EM KPIs. Creates mitigation plans when measures consistently miss target and/or trend negative.
- Work with Quality Manager to put quality controls in place to ensure EM tasks are performed on-time at the highest quality level while finding ways to improve quality.
Facility
- Communicates and coordinates with landlord the repair & maintenance of the building/grounds including emergency and preventive type repairs and ensuring work is completed appropriately and on-time.
- Monitors the safety and cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas including custodial functions.
- Manages and reviews facility service contracts.
- Ensures facilities inspections are completed, results documented and corrections executed as needed.
EHS
- Organizes and leads the Safety Team.
- Assist Human Resources as needed to ensure employees conduct annual safety training.
- Be the site liaison to Corporate EHS team.
- Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
- Be the liaison to OSHA, includes submission of annual reports and notification of incidents.

Required Experience
- Minimum of seven years’ work experience in manufacturing leadership role.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in electromechanical assembly. More weighted to electro than mechanical.
- Experience in an operation that uses a MRP system.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Under supervision, responds to fire alarms, emergency medical calls, and other emergency calls to protect life and property; participates in fire training, fire prevention, public education, and station and equipment maintenance activities; operates a paramedic unit in response to medical emergencies and provides definitive medical care; and performs related duties as required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Receives supervision from an assigned Fire Captain. Receives direction through San Diego County EMS protocols and from the Battalion Chief, EMS Educator and Medical Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Co-Manufacturing Supply Chain Supervisor will play a key role in launching and sustaining Kevin’s emerging Co-Manufacturing (Co-Man) network. This position is responsible for leading daily coordination across external manufacturing (EM) partners, ensuring executional excellence, QFS compliance, and supply chain reliability.
This role will coordinate EM and value-added services for multiple product platforms, capacity preservation initiatives, and future innovation and resiliency efforts. This role oversees the movement of materials, production execution, inventory accuracy, and cross functional alignment with Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and EM partners. What You’ll Do:
- Act as the day-to-day operational lead between Kevin’s and EM partners for all co‑manufacturing activities across multiple product platforms.
- Partner with Demand Planning and EM partners to maintain structured communication that aligns forecasts, production plans, and finished goods availability.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of subcontracting POs, STOs, deliveries, and receipts in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure materials are aligned with production and quality requirements.

What you will be doing
As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring building equipment for safety purposes and repairs. Troubleshooting refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical problems, performing repairs, documenting solutions, and making recommendations for further action.
Main Responsibilities
- Make daily mechanical checks on equipment in the Mechanical Room, Roof, HVAC, EMS systems, refrigerated cases, and walk-ins. etc.
- Maintain all refrigeration, HVAC, EMS systems, electrical, and mechanical systems, and make necessary repairs.
- Performs preventative maintenance tasks, leak checks, inspections, and new equipment installations. - Monitors preventive maintenance and construction project work done by outside contractors and notifies Area Refrigeration Manager of issues or problems with outside contractors.

Pay Transparency:

Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
• Serve as a liaison between CMs and Client.
• Provide quality oversight of Quality control activities at CMs including being the initial point of contact for all quality-related issues with testing.
• Provide quality oversight of CM method validation or method transfer activities
• Escalate quality issues at CMs to Client's QA management.
• Assist in the establishment and revisions of Quality Agreements with affiliates and customers.
• Ensure compliance to Quality Agreements and Manufacturing Responsibilities Documents (MRDs).
• Coordinate and perform quality responsibilities of API shipments for stability testing. Provide quality oversight of API EM stability program.
• Participate in regulatory inspection preparations with CMs.
• Ensure that documented checks have been completed for the Certificates of Testing and Certificates of Environmental Monitoring (where applicable), and deviations, changes and batch documentation that demonstrates requirements have been met prior to batch release.
• Provide quality support of Quality Control with the focus on holistic review of key activities associated with or impacting the quality control testing including deviations, change controls and countermeasures.
• Assess the impact of analytical deviation investigations and changes and ensure that all appropriate records are documented and retrievable.
• Maintain awareness of external regulatory agency findings which individually or collectively reference the quality of the product.
• Review and approve documents including, but not limited to, analytical procedures, change control proposals, deviations, analytical equipment qualifications, analytical methods and computerized system validations.
• Participate in APR activities.
• Participate in projects to improve productivity.

The Opportunity
- Graduates from our Emergency Psychiatry Fellowship will become pioneers in a unique and emerging specialty that will transform how Emergency Departments treat psychiatric patients.
- The successful fellow will receive training by nationally recognized experts in the field of Emergency Psychiatry.
- Training will focus on the assessment, management, and disposition of emergency psychiatric patients through hands-on experience in both the medical ED and various acute psychiatric settings.
- Fellows will gain experience as a physician leader of an inter-disciplinary team to shape improvements in the system-based delivery of emergency psychiatric care.
- The fellow will also gain critical knowledge of diagnosing and managing acute medical conditions that can often exacerbate psychiatric conditions.
- This one-year fellowship opportunity is available to psychiatry and emergency medicine residents graduating in good standing from ACGME accredited residency programs and after completion of the equivalent of 4 years of a residency in psychiatry.
