Job Overview

Role Overview – Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at Goldwin’s New York store. You will engage with customers on the sales floor, provide product knowledge rooted in performance and design, and support daily store operations to ensure a premium retail experience.

In addition to sales activities, you will actively support in-store event operations and contribute to the store’s social media efforts, including content creation and posting in coordination with store initiatives. Must Have

  • Passion for design, craftsmanship, and delivering a premium client experience
  • Strong interest in Japanese apparel brands and a genuine passion for Japanese culture and aesthetics

  • Construct and install three-dimensional elements using hand/power tools such as drills, saws, hammers, screwdrivers, staple guns, ladders, spray paint, and knives.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness by adding creative details and enhancements that reflect Macy’s style while staying within visual direction.
  • Support merchandise moves and maintains the floor throughout the day by updating visual signage and keeping displays recovered.

Can hold extremities. Assist with casting and splinting. Mixes medications on the sterile field once verification by a registered nurse has occurred. Assist with positioning, can fix specimens in formalin (annual competency required), assists circulator in proper care and handling of surgical specimens. Can wash and thaw grafts, can hold a stapler while surgeon fires it, can operate skin stapler for the purpose of wound approximation and can assist with the dislocation of joints if yearly competency is accomplished. Department Information

After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. With two impressive towers at its core connected by a shared elevator, the TS3 project, slated to finish in 2026, encompasses 416,500 square feet and includes a large outdoor plaza for street-level retail.
The building will feature two striking structures: the 14-story Scheller Tower and the 18-story George Tower, respectively named after generous benefactors Ernest "Ernie" Scheller Jr. (IM 1952, HON Ph.D. 2013) and Bill William W. "Bill" George (IE 1964, HON Ph.D. 2008) and his wife Penny.

Job Summary

Perform routine and detailing housekeeping services requiring specialized tools and equipment. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: other custodial staff to include Quality Control Inspectors & Supervisors, building/area occupants.
