About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a technological savvy account executive, with at least 6 years of selling to medium/large companies and have proven ability to execute software sales focused on enterprise, data products, analytics, and/or data science software products.
This role reports to the VP of Sales and compensation may land between $240,000-$280,000 depending on-target earnings.

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Generalist Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and word-of-mouth growth across Extension Health's West Village and Midtown locations. This role spans owned and earned channels — from content and email to PR, partnerships, and referral programs. Qualifications
Minimum (6) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projectsMinimum (4) years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on large scale, multi-contract building projectAbility to develop/communicate a project work plan, monitor manpower and performance against that work plan, and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades Strong communications skills and a collaborative approach working with both client and construction contractor/subcontractorsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsExperience with Submittal Exchange and Bluebeam preferredExperience in Institutional Construction preferred

Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters.
- Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract.
- Review orders on contract for compliance.
- Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of estimating experience, or 3 years’ experience as an estimator.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred
- OSHA 10
