WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Assistant Store Manager
POSITION SCOPE: The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to elevate the in-store experienceby sharing the FoundRae mission andensuring each client encounter contributes to and builds ongoing, trusting relationships to drive sales. Set the standard as a Jewelry Stylist leader and act as a liaison between the sales team and leadership.
Support the Store Manager through the sharing of educational and training materials, assist with day-to-day retail store operations, inventory management and studio management. Ensure a warm, pleasant and inviting environment for clients and visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clientele Management and Sales
- Embody the FoundRae standard of client experience, lead and coach the sales team for selling and relationship excellence
- Ensure the continuous development of excellent client relationships by creating and celebrating memorable moments for our clients and visitors
- Continuously build, develop and maintain authentic relationships and communicate the brandβs mission
- Assist clients with finding the perfect pieces; listen to their requests and present appropriate product

POSITION SCOPE:
The Senior Jewelry Stylist will act as brand ambassador and is responsible for delivering excellent client service by building long term client relationships, communicating the brandsβ aesthetic and product knowledge allowing each client to share their individual story through luxury jewelry pieces while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Client Development:

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant Manager, Retail to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing core HR operations, with a strong focus on Retail HR, recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our HRIS system. The ideal candidate has a passion for process improvement, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters and performance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Human Resources Business Partner for U.S. retail teams, providing day-to-day HR guidance, employee counseling, and documentation support across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner closely with Retail Leadership to drive performance management practices, including performance reviews, and the development and execution of performance improvement plans.

We specialize in helping couples create their Dream Engagement Ring for thousands off average retail price. The Sales Executive will collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guide them through the jewelry selection process, and deliver exceptional service to drive sales. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill custom orders. This role requires a combination of customer engagement, sales expertise, and product understanding to ensure a superior client experience and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Prior fine jewelry sales experience is preferred!
- Proven sales experience, customer engagement skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry, gemstones, and custom design; familiarity with the jewelry market is an asset (training provided)
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities to handle multiple client interactions effectively
- Technological proficiency with sales software, CRM systems, and online communication tools
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service to high-end clientele
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial

Influencers/Ambassadors: recruit, onboard, and manage experienced creators
Inhouse content: manage the team that produces inhouse content
Team: hire, coach, and keep a lean crew of editors, growth PMs, and UGC shooters.
