Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform multi-pass, all-position fillet and butt welds using the following processes:
    • SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
    • GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
    • FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding)
    • GMAW-P (Pulse Arc Welding)
  • Conduct heating operations using Oxygen/Propane heating torch.
  • Perform Air Carbon Arc Gouging as required.
  • Accurately utilize fillet and butt weld gauges for inspection.
  • Work effectively in physically demanding environments, including shipboard spaces, sub-assemblies, and elevated work areas (ladders, staging, etc.).
