TEKsystems is supporting one of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks in identifying a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Manager that is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide BCM program to ensure organizational resilience and operational readiness during disruptive events. This role oversees the governance and continuous improvement of the client's business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management capabilities. The BCM Manager partners with business leaders, IT, oversight cohorts, and executive stakeholders to safeguard critical operations and minimize business impact.

Essential Position Accountabilities (70%)

1. Lead the development and execution of the enterprise BCM program strategic framework and roadmap.

2. Serve as Disaster Recovery Coordinator in actual emergency or disaster events, providing leadership during and post disruptions, facilitating crisis management activities, and conducting after-action reviews.

3. Chair or support business continuity steering committees and executive-level governance forums.

4. Establish and maintain BCM policies, procedures, and governance oversight practices to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and internal risk management expectations.

5. Lead a competent team of business continuity specialists to oversee the completion of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical banking functions, dependencies, and recovery requirements; maintain Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Crisis Management procedures; and coordinate testing and exercises (tabletops, DR tests) with business units and technology teams.

Parkview Regional Medical Center (PRMC) is accepting applications for a clinical pharmacy specialist in neonatal intensive care.

Position Details: The clinical specialist will join an on-site faculty member to provide direct patient care in the Parkview Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

In preparation for pediatric service line growth and changes, continued pharmacy expertise is needed in this area.

Currently this location is undergoing many facility updates (room renewal, expansion, and technology updates) along with an expansion of care for pediatric gastroenterology, endocrinology, cardiology, and hematology/oncology specialist services.

Parkview Health has been a collaborator partner with Cincinnati Children’s for overall a decade to improve the health and outcomes for children in our region.

This collaboration is now enhancing to bring neurosurgery, rheumatology, and drug-resistant epilepsy consultation services with telehealth clinics with world-class providers.

As part of an established pediatric pharmacy program, this specialist will benefit from close relationships with physicians and other care providers in both the inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings.

Parkview Health has provided specialty pharmacy services in pediatrics for over 25 years and are continually being asked to expand into additional responsibilities.

This role will have a targeted role in the level III neonatal intensive care unit with additional coverage of other pediatrics areas for weekend pediatrics coverage.

The role is a full-time, 1.0 FTE in the NICU with every 4th weekend for pediatric staffing to provide advanced and uninterrupted levels of care to this patient population .

This pharmacist will participate in collaborative rounding and consult management daily, weekly disposition rounds, pharmacy-based projects, multidisciplinary committees, and will precept student pharmacists and pharmacy residents.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant III will support various levels of Leadership. They will provide administrative support requiring a broad and extensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and practices. Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers who work remotely on a variety of issues which require tact and diplomacy.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Provides secretarial/administrative support to various sections of leaders
• Responds to request for information as it pertains to the business
• Interfaces with multiple associates on confidential information
• Schedules meetings, travel, and other arrangements
• Organizes filing and maintenance of documents within Leadership groups
• Submits expenses and time off for select various Leaders
• Generates detailed reports both weekly and quarterly to support Leaders analysis of business
• Partners with other Leader's Admins to cover workload
• Supports Leaders with any extra tasks or projects

Required Skills:
