What You'll Be Responsible For:
Lead Custom Manufacturing Projects
- Manage projects involving custom millwork, woodworking, fabricated metal components, and retail fixtures.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams.
Work Directly With Customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Drawings, Production & Project Execution
- Coordinate engineering drawings, approvals, and production documentation.
- Ensure shop teams have the correct materials, finishes, and production specifications.
- Align manufacturing and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Manage Project Scope & Changes
- Handle change orders, revised purchase orders, and project revisions.
- Prepare cost estimates and project quotations when required.
- Track project progress, materials usage, and labor to maintain profitability.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Participate in post-project reviews with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, project execution, and cost performance.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking Project Managers who understand the manufacturing side of building custom environments and physical products.
Ideal Background Includes Experience With:

The Vow’d Merchandising Buying Internship is a unique opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in the fashion or bridal industry. The Merchandising Intern can expect to acquire valuable skills and industry knowledge while supporting the Vow’d team in day-to-day operations and assisting with product selection. The Intern will also learn how to use data analysis and trend forecasting to make informed buying decisions. A successful Merchandising Intern for the Vow’d brand will be enthusiastic, proactive, committed to learning, and passionate about the bride’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development assortment plans, and choosing product assortment
- Collaborate with the buying team to assist with store allocation and distribution processes
- Gather samples for meetings and maintain the sample collection
- Provide support to buying team by ensuring vendors are meeting sample deadlines
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and Ecommerce for product style-out and sample management for product photoshoots
- Stay up-to-date on trends and the competitive landscape
- Assist the team for purchase order management creation and updates
Qualifications
- Upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate with as strong academic record pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Strong fashion sense and passion for product
- Demonstrated ability using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
- Superior organization, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative, cross-functional partnerships
- Positive attitude, essential in an entrepreneurial environment

Position Overview
The Assistant Store Leader of Operations leads and supports the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, including best of class guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while driving both associate and guest engagement. You will provide guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Operations Leaders drive excellence through increasing sales, finding operational efficiencies, and developing top talent within their team.

Manages and oversee scheduling
Manages back of house organization
Manages shipment and product prep process (steaming, hanging etc.)
Plans and manages merchandise markdown process
Manages supply orders, maintenance & cleaning
Manages Inventory/DamagesAudits and manage banking & loss prevention systems
Trains new associates on operational processes
Co-manages payroll and responsible for store’s financial performance
Responsible for decisions regarding store operations and planning
Controls workflow through successful planning and delegation
Executes task directives within designated time frames
Completes opening/closing procedures
Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents to ensure shortage control in order to protect Company assets
Communicates effectively with executive team.
Must be able to lift & carry heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs)
Presentation
Utilizes and manages the use of weekly reporting to track, analyze and communicate business results and determine strategies to maximize sales
Interprets Home Office communication through Store Leader / District Leader partnership
Partners with the Visual District Leader and Visual Assistant Store Leader to oversee and manage the roll-out of floorsets, window sets, fixture placement and overall visual environment.
Maintains an awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment and communicate with team
Communicates performance observations and offers feedback to the District Leader
Qualifications
1 year Retail ManagementBachelor’s Degree preferred
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
