Print Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Print Production professional with proven leadership skills in a fast-paced professional services firm environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and has strong technical expertise in document production and print systems.

Shift & Hours

Monday thru Thursday 12pm -9pm

Sundays 12pm -1am (You will receive car service at the end of your shift, after 9pm)

OFF on Fridays and Saturdays

Overtime is available, and must be flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently on a night shift with no supervision
• Oversee daily print production operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of documents
• Manage high-volume printing, copying, binding, and finishing tasks
• Coordinate workflow priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise
• Maintain and operate production printers and related systems
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in legal/banking print production or document services within a professional services environment is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong working knowledge of print production printers/copiers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-volume corporate print environment
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for print and finishing equipment
• HS Diploma is a must
