Service Desk Analyst

ONSITE 5 days a week in Millbury, MA

Must Haves:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in an IT support or service desk role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Working knowledge of desktop hardware and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for on‑site and remote users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Install and maintain Windows PCs and related hardware
• Manage IT tickets, document issues, and escalate as needed
• Track and manage IT assets
• Support onboarding and offboarding (equipment setup and recovery)
• Perform basic user account and access changes (email, security groups, file access)
• Provide first‑level support for Microsoft 365 and business applications (ERP exposure a plus)
• Assist with plant floor IT equipment maintenance
• Support IT projects and occasional after‑hours requests

Contracts Coordinator

The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support in the preparation, review, and maintenance of mechanical service agreements. This role ensures contract compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient processing in accordance with company policies and client requirements. Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

• Assists with the setup, renewal, and management of preventive maintenance contracts within company systems.
• Reviews contract details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to activation.
• Updates and maintains records for contract terms, rates, inspection schedules, and billing information.
• Monitors active service agreements to verify inspections, renewals, and invoicing occur on schedule.
• Maintains well-organized and current electronic and physical contract files.
• Assists with monthly preventive maintenance contract billings and related documentation.
• Prepares and distributes reports and summaries to support contract management activities.
• Communicates with internal departments and customers to clarify contract terms, resolve issues, and ensure service accuracy.
• Supports process improvements and contributes ideas to streamline contract administration and tracking.
• Provides general administrative and coordination support to the contracts and service operations team.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Prior experience with contract administration is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working with a contracts administrative system preferred.
• Mechanical Service Industry experience a plus.
• Familiarity with mechanical service offerings, pricing structures, and maintenance requirements.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and analyzing service agreements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Experience identifying potential contractual risks, resolving issues, and proposing necessary amendments or modifications.
• Experience with MS Access database preferred.

Benefits and Compensation:

• The range for this position has been established at $24 to $34 per hour and is U.S. Engineering - Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

General Statement of Duties:

The Interventional Radiologic technologist performs routine and complex Invasive Vascular and Therapeutic Imaging procedures as requested by a physician and under the direct supervision of a Radiologist or vascular surgeon for the diagnosis and treatment of organ and vascular disease in accordance with established protocols. The technologist must be able to effectively explain the procedure to the patient and be sure they are comfortable and at ease during the exam and provide care to the patients while obtaining diagnostic quality imaging for interpretation.

What you will do in this Role:

1. Performs interventional radiologic procedures (primarily Angiography) under the direction of a physician, utilizing ionizing radiation and other diagnostic methods: Assists the physician as required and responsible for processing all documentation.

2. Demonstrate competency in all diagnostic, standard and neurological Interventional radiology procedures, procedural scrub, room preparation and setup to include power injector.

3. Follows established standards and practices under the direction or a credentialed radiologist and/or vascular surgeon.

4. Competency in assisting with complex Invasive Vascular and Therapeutic Imaging procedures including but not limited to, diagnostic body and neuro angiograms, vascular and carotid stenting, embolization

5. Participate in on-call schedule and for neurological cases must live within 30 minutes of the hospital to meet required response time.

6. Holding pressure and placement of closure devices. Operation of ultrasound machine, Operation and processing of 3D Imaging. Assisting in preparation of embolic material for embolization, various catheters, angioplasty balloons, vascular stents and coils

General Statement of Duties:

The Interventional Radiologic technologist performs routine and complex Invasive Vascular and Therapeutic Imaging procedures as requested by a physician and under the direct supervision of a Radiologist or vascular surgeon for the diagnosis and treatment of organ and vascular disease in accordance with established protocols. The technologist must be able to effectively explain the procedure to the patient and be sure they are comfortable and at ease during the exam and provide care to the patients while obtaining diagnostic quality imaging for interpretation.

What you will do in this Role:

1. Performs interventional radiologic procedures (primarily Angiography) under the direction of a physician, utilizing ionizing radiation and other diagnostic methods: Assists the physician as required and responsible for processing all documentation.

2. Demonstrate competency in all diagnostic, standard and neurological Interventional radiology procedures, procedural scrub, room preparation and setup to include power injector.

3. Follows established standards and practices under the direction or a credentialed radiologist and/or vascular surgeon.

4. Competency in assisting with complex Invasive Vascular and Therapeutic Imaging procedures including but not limited to, diagnostic body and neuro angiograms, vascular and carotid stenting, embolization

5. Participate in on-call schedule and for neurological cases must live within 30 minutes of the hospital to meet required response time.

6. Holding pressure and placement of closure devices. Operation of ultrasound machine, Operation and processing of 3D Imaging. Assisting in preparation of embolic material for embolization, various catheters, angioplasty balloons, vascular stents and coils

Reliability Development Engineers are responsible for validating the body and/or chassis strength, durability, and marketability to meet Honda’s internal requirements and model specific targets with a goal of meeting or exceeding Honda and Acura customer expectations. • Produce and analyze engineering data using pre-set tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. 
• Responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating various aspects of exterior performance tests including arrangement of facilities, requesting technician support, and acquiring testing materials.

We are seeking a Senior Robotic Simulation Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in building high-fidelity simulation environments and synthetic data pipelines using NVIDIA Isaac Sim or similar.

In this role, you will directly contribute to the development of scalable, realistic virtual worlds that power the training and validation of robotic foundation models for perception, planning, and manipulation.

At GM’s manufacturing technology development team, you’ll work closely with robotics and AI teams within the Manufacturing Technology Development (MTD) team to create simulation scenes that replicate complex manufacturing environments, generate diverse synthetic datasets, and build robust data workflows that accelerate model development and deployment.
