Medix is looking for a seasoned Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to support a public healthcare system serving Harris County, Texas, operating multiple hospitals, specialty clinics, and community care locations across the Houston area.

We are seeking technical deployment resources who can assist with endpoint setup, infrastructure readiness, and device validation for new and remodeled facilities. These resources will play a critical role in ensuring technology infrastructure is ready prior to operational go-live for facility projects across the system

Daily Responsibilities:

• Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and endpoint devices

Job Summary

The IT Deskside Support Staff provides hands-on technical support to end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role focuses on delivering responsive, customer-oriented IT support to ensure employees can effectively use technology in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

• This role requires collaborating with cross-functional divisions to develop automotive body structures and components in the Underbody Design department that meet or exceed customer expectations while balancing vehicle performance, styling, marketability, manufacturing, profitability, and other design constraints & considerations.
