Must be well-versed in RPG, including RPG3 and ILE. Expert with internal and external printer files and database files. Must be an expert in Control Language programming. The applicant must be well-versed in iSeries technical skills. Must know IBM products: Query and SDA. A working knowledge of FTP, DDM, and Stream Files is important. Expertise in SQL should include both Interactive and RPG-ILE. Experience with non-IBM products, DBU, and Hawkeye is also required. Experience with Mark Magic is helpful but not required.
A working knowledge of the SDLC process with practical project management experience is expected. Must be able to gather user requirements, author user design documents, and develop technical design documents. Project planning skills are essential. Must be able to develop a quality assurance and formal test plan. Must also be able to author user documentation and be at ease conducting end-user training sessions.
Expertise with DB2/400 is also expected, as well as the ability to troubleshoot database performance issues. System performance tuning, PTF, and Release Upgrades are also highly desirable. Familiarity with common iSeries hardware, such as printers and tape drives, is also expected.

- Insight Global is hiring a Payroll Fulfillment Specialist to support payroll production and mailing operations for a growing center within the financial services industry. In this role, this individual will spend most of their day on the production floor operating pressure sealers, folding/stuffing machines, thermal printers, and postage meters to assemble, package, and ship payroll packets with a high degree of accuracy. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is more than $97,621.00 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

Role Description
The IT Systems & Technology Specialist serves as Windmill Wellness’s on-site infrastructure and technology lead, working in close partnership with our Managed Service Provider (MSP). While the MSP provides remote systems management and helpdesk support, this role owns the physical execution, reliability, and standardization of IT systems across all locations.
In addition to maintaining core infrastructure, this role plays a key part in advancing Windmill’s technology maturity—identifying and supporting opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, and enhancements to data and reporting capabilities.
This is a hands-on position that intentionally divides time between Windmill Wellness Ranch in Canyon Lake and our San Antonio outpatient clinic locations, ensuring consistent infrastructure standards, operational readiness, and scalable technology foundations as the organization grows.

Windmill Wellness was recently acknowledged amongst San Antonio Express-News’ Top Workplaces in 2025. Responsibilities
Onsite IT & Infrastructure Support
- Collaborate with our MSP and serve as the on-site owner of physical IT infrastructure across Windmill Wellness Ranch and outpatient clinics.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, connectivity, and physical systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Physical Infrastructure & Hardware
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace on-site IT equipment, including:
- Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
- Cameras, access control systems, and AV equipment
- Networking hardware (routers, switches, cabling, Wi-Fi access points)
- Perform device setup, swaps, and decommissioning for staff.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories across all locations.
Multi-Site Coverage
- Intentionally divide time between Windmill Wellness Ranch in Canyon Lake and San Antonio outpatient clinic(s).
- Provide on-site coverage during clinic openings, expansions, and periods of elevated operational need.
- Ensure consistent physical IT standards and setups across locations.
New Site & Clinic Readiness
- Support IT setup and readiness for new outpatient locations, including:
- Physical network setup and testing

- Execute on-site components of IT security and access controls (device security, camera placement, badge/door access systems).

Technology Advancement & Innovation
- Stay informed on emerging IT, AI, and automation tools relevant to healthcare operations.

Ideal Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience (multi-site environment preferred).

This role serves as a primary point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance and hardware support within the organization’s desktop computing environment. The Tier 2 Support Agent is responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance. Support is delivered in person, via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install, image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops for new and existing employees
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating to Tier 3 when necessary

Daily Responsibilities:
