Pitch and Proposal Specialist

The Pitch and Proposal Specialist (Specialist) supports the firm’s business development and growth initiatives by contributing to the development of timely, high-quality and competitive pitches and proposals. This role works closely with attorneys and members of the Business Development and Practice Support teams to develop customized client-facing materials, including pitch books and presentations, responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), highly targeted pitch documents, and representative matter lists.


The Specialist also supports experience management and client intelligence efforts by maintaining accurate matter data, drafting compelling experience descriptions, and assisting in the preparation of research and reporting related to prospective and existing clients. The position requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Prepare customized pitch books and qualification statements in Word, PowerPoint and digital formats.
  • Serve as project manager for assigned pitches and proposals, developing timelines, tracking deliverables, proactively following up with contributors, and ensuring on-time, complete submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and document quality across client-facing materials.
  • Track active proposals and update status information in the firm’s project management system.
  • Coordinate production and formatting of materials, including electronic and print deliverables.
  • Coordinate the design and production of specialty pitch materials with the Creative Services team.
  • Maintain and update proposal content libraries, including standardized RFP responses and archived pitch materials.

  • Work with attorneys and Practice Support team members to gather and verify matter information.
  • Support maintenance of client permissions lists and outside general counsel requirements.
  • Enter and update proposal content within firm systems, coordinating with the Senior Marketing Technology & Experience Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency.


Client Intelligence

  • Conduct research on prospective clients and contacts to support pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare client intelligence summaries and background materials for attorneys and Marketing & Business Development team members in advance of meetings and pursuits.
  • Generate and distribute ERM/CRM reports, including client relationship data and contact information, to support business development efforts.
  • Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as assigned by the Director of Client Intelligence.
  • Serve as project manager for the bi-monthly internal business development newsletter, coordinating content collection, managing production timelines, and overseeing distribution to support internal education.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; three to five years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally within a legal or professional services firm.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and drafting responses to RFPs and other competitive proposals.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-focused messaging.

The Division Chief shall also maintain all current and future standards of care, both inpatient and outpatient, as well as accreditations needed to assure service for the region. The Division Chief will maintain the same standards and accreditations for subdivisions of the Cell Processing and Molecular Hematology Laboratory. The Division Chief will assume responsibilities for research and development within the division and connect these activities to the larger goals of the AHN Cancer Institute. The successful candidate will be considered for the role of Division Chief of the Hematology and Cellular Therapy Program.

Position Summary:

The Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients with myeloid malignancy, including but not limited to acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). This includes overseeing all aspects of patient care, from initial diagnosis and treatment planning to follow-up and supportive care. A significant component of the role involves participation in the alloHSCT program, encompassing pre-transplant evaluation, conditioning regimen selection, transplant procedures, post-transplant management, and the management of complications.


Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with myeloid malignancy, including diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, and ongoing management
  • Perform bone marrow aspiration and biopsy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating current best practices and clinical trial participation
  • Participate actively in the alloHSCT program, including patient selection, pre-transplant conditioning, transplant procedure, post-transplant management, and complication management

- Complete investment reports for tax return preparation by completing required information.

  • The qualified candidate must have demonstrated the ability to analyze and perform pursue/no pursue and bid/no bid recommendations and develop pursuit strategies for new business opportunities. Position Summary:

The Therapist I provides individual, group and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization mental health facility. Therapists assess the therapeutic needs of clients, develop appropriate treatment plans, and facilitate group, family and individual therapy sessions. Position collaborates with clients, team members, external clinical partners and family members, as appropriate, to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.


Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program schedule.
  2. Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
  3. Completes all necessary documentation within prescribed format and timelines.
  4. Ensures documentation reflects ongoing assessments of client’s clinical presentation and behaviors.
  5. Facilitates specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises and/or co-leads groups with clinical interns, when appropriate.
  6. Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
  7. Maintains therapeutic relationships with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.

What We Are Seeking:

Position requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology. Must hold a (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, LLPC, or LLP) , in good standing, within the state of Michigan. Requires minimum of 2 years’ of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.


Other Requirements:

  • Requires clearance of TB test, criminal background check clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to complete within 30 days of start date.
