Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and layouts to ensure accurate panel assembly and functionality.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of control panels, verify proper operation and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Support shop operations, including inventory management, material requests, scheduling, shipping/receiving, and maintenance of tools.
- Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills in electrical and instrumentation work, while adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.

Qualifications
- Electrical Technician Certification or an equivalent credential preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience building and assembling electrical control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for systems operating at 24 VDC, 120 VAC, and 480 VAC.
- Working knowledge of PLC systems & platforms; Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell, or Schnider preferred.

Position Overview
SEG is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Inside Sales Support Representative to assist in growing sales of custom UL508A/698 control and relay panel solutions. This role supports business development efforts by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely, customer-focused service. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude and an organized, team-oriented approach.
Location
This position is based on-site at CES Loveland, Colorado facility and requires presence in the location five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales growth through prompt evaluation of quotation opportunities and development of solutions that address specific customer needs using technical and electrical expertise.
- Prepare quotations, perform project costing, and assist with project kick-off activities once orders are received.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to develop accurate and competitive quotes for custom control panel solutions.
- Maintain working knowledge of UL508A/UL698 standards, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Drive follow-up on active opportunities with manufacturers’ representatives and sales partners by:
- Obtaining proposal status and forecasting future orders, including value and timing.
- Evaluating customer engagement and overall mindshare for CES products.
- Providing regular feedback to management on pipeline health and opportunity progression.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering a plus or minimal of 3+ years of experience with UL508/698 control, relay panels.
- Strong understanding of UL508A/UL698 standards and general industrial, automation control & relay panels construction preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using structured proposal and quotation processes; ability to maintain momentum and solve problems in imperfect or fast-paced environments.
- Industrial Technology, Automation, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and control, relay panel layouts.
- Self-starter with effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Align and adjust the silk screen to achieve proper contact and registration, applying paint using the squeegee method.

- Perform rework and touch-ups on decorative interior parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.

Location: Vicksburg, MI (On-site)Company: 4 Flutes MachiningReports To: PresidentRole SummaryThe Front Office Coordinator is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of front-end administrative and customer-facing operations at 4 Flutes Machining. This role serves as the central hub for all customer-facing and order intake activities, supporting both customers and the internal team.
This role will take pride in enabling others to succeed—serving as a steady and reliable foundation while operating with a strong sense of urgency to keep work flowing.
This role reports directly to the President and is expected to operate with a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. Success in this role requires an ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and urgency, ensuring that no administrative breakdowns impact customer commitments or production flow.
Core Accountabilities:
RFQ Coordination
• RFQ intake and setup
• File organization
Order Processing and ERP Entry
• Process customer purchase orders
• Validate pricing, tevision levels, due dates and quality requirements
• Generate and communicate work orders for Operations Team
• Ensure jobs are properly entered and visible within the ERP system
Customer Experience Communication
• Serve as primary point of contact for routine customer interaction
• Send order confirmations and provide status updates
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Documentation and Portal Management
• Upload required documentation (certs, packing lists, inspection reports) to customer portals
• Generate ASN’s (advance shipping notices) for key customers
• Coordinate and schedule Source Inspections via portal
• Maintain and track documentation necessary for customer requirements
Internal Coordination & Job Readiness
• Ensure all jobs are fully defined and documented prior to release to operations
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations to support material and scheduling readiness
• Identify and resolve missing or unclear information before it impacts production
Administrative Flow & Organizational Discipline
• Maintain structured and organized tracking of orders, quotes, and customer requirements
• Support leadership by reducing administrative burden and improving visibility
• Operate with consistency, follow-through, and attention to detail across all tasks
Required Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
