We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Consultant to join our client's team on a CONTRACT basis for 8-12 weeks, working onsite in the Ann Arbor, MI area

As a Content Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and industry trends to create content that effectively communicates their brand message and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong organizational skills that equate to the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing and updating websites in WordPress is a must!
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies for clients across various industries

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

Electrical 3D Modeling / Design

• Completes required tasks, including 3D modeling, red-lined drawing revisions, electrical design calculations, schematic drawing creation, cable tray layouts, electrical AutoCAD block programming, dimensioned and multilayer drawing creation, onelines, area classification development, schematics, grounding, heat trace, circuit schedules, electrical details, BOM creation, lighting design and calculations.
• Coordinates with all disciplines to create an accurate and complete model.

Instrumentation & Controls Design

• Completes required tasks, including red-lined drawing revisions, control panel and instrument junction box location plans, control panel and instrument junction box layout and design, I/O wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, control system network architecture, control system power distribution, fire and gas safety location plans, emergency shutdown systems and schematics, instrument locations plans, instrument installation details, work point locations for circuit schedule, and BOM creation.
• Ability to read and understand Instrument Indexes, I/O Lists and P&IDs.
• Coordinates with I&C Engineers to create an accurate and complete drawing package.

Construction Drawings

• Prepares final construction drawings to reflect the engineered/modeled design.
• Updates drawings per engineer comments.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and automated equipment throughout the manufacturing complex to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. In a manufacturing environment, this role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, supporting production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and electrical standards. The Maintenance Electrician works closely with maintenance and production teams to diagnose electrical issues, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure proper operation of motors, controls, and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems on production equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated machinery.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, panels, and control systems throughout the manufacturing complex.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and support PLCs, sensors, motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to support equipment repair and installation.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment and production lines.
• Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns and work with operations to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with electrical codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with mechanical technicians, production personnel, and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
• Maintain electrical tools, parts inventory, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, safety, and plant efficiency.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting ability in industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Knowledge of motor controls, electrical distribution systems, VFDs, and PLC-based automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industrial automation components including sensors, relays, and control panels.

Education and Experience

Registered Nurse Care Manager- Bilingual (Hmong)

SUMMARY: The RN Care Manager is responsible for assessing the care needs of participants, provides nursing and healthcare interventions, and evaluates outcomes of care of participants on an ongoing basis. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), develops plans of care to meet participants’ needs. Delegates tasks to clinic, center, and homecare aides according to participant needs and care plans. Collaborates and communicates with the primary care provider, clinic staff, and other members of the IDT. Provides care to participants in the clinic, center, and participant homes as needed.  

ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide high quality clinical care and serves as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team (IDT).
• Provide nursing care in the center, clinic, contracted facilities, and participants’ homes according to each participant’s plan of care. (NJ: in accordance with the State of New Jersey Nursing Practice Act, N.J.S.A. 45:11-23 et seq., as interpreted by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing, and written job descriptions. Services provided shall be documented in the participant's medical record).
• Participate in 24/7 “on-call” process for triage of participants and their needs.
• Assess, plan, and coordinate participants’ home care services. Provide input to the IDT in developing home care plan interventions. The nursing care needs of the participant shall be assessed only by a registered professional nurse.
• Monitor participants’ acute and chronic care needs in all settings. Provide coordination and direct care as indicated to promote continued care in the community or promote optimal institutional care (Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Hospital, etc.) as needed.
• Ensure timely follow-up by providers on specialist visits and will assist with obtaining specialist reports, facility documentation, and labs if needed.
• Reconcile facility MARs for your assigned panel of participants monthly to ensure accuracy and medication adherence, notify provider of any discrepancies.
• Notify participants of normal test results.
• Complete timely and accurate nursing assessments in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement nursing-related care plan interventions.
• Teach participants, caregivers and families about self-care, medications, healthy lifestyles, infection control and safety to promote optimal health and safety. 
• Review and revises goals and approaches to participants’ care in coordination with participant, family, caregiver and interdisciplinary team.
• Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for participants. 
• Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with co-workers, participants and their families/significant others, and members of the community. 
• Participate in all interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist the interdisciplinary team members in understanding the significant nursing, self-care and functional needs related to the participant’s health problems.
• Supports OT as aback up to performing the duties of Home Care Coordinator on the IDT as needed/when assigned. May perform the duties of other IDT members based on professional licensing, competencies, and experience as needed
• Actively participates in utilization review meetings and quality improvement projects / meetings. 
• Evaluates the competence of CNAs and Home Care Aides and delegates tasks and duties to them as indicated.
• Participates in family meetings, staff meetings, in-service and training and orientation programs as required.
• Follows all PACE Program Policies and Procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
• Protects privacy and maintains confidentiality of all company procedures and information about employees, participants and families.
• Practices standard precautions and follows PACE Program Infection Control protocols.  
• Performs other duties as required or requested.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: 

• Bilingual with fluency in Hmong
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree preferred.
• State RN License required
• BLS required (have within90 days of employment).
• 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. If this is not present, training will be provided upon hiring (If applicable for the role).  
• Experience in home care, long-term care and /or managed care preferred.
• 1 year experience providing care as an RN required.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
• Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.

The Electrical Instrument Technician maintains, constructs and repairs electrical distribution, lighting, computer and PLC systems within the plant, as well as assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures. They will also diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
