About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator to power the operational backbone of our wholesale and Ecommerce division. This role owns core wholesale operations including ERP accuracy, inventory integrity, 3PL execution, routing and compliance, EDI performance, and operational reporting. You’ll work closely with Sales, Senior Operations Leadership and our 3PL to ensure flawless execution from preorder planning to outbound shipments at scale. This role partners daily with our Senior Operations Leadership to ensure products continue to flow to our customers.
ERP / Systems Ownership
- Maintain accurate style, pricing, attributes, UPCs, and customer data in AIMS36 using details provided by cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data integrity across AIMS360, NuOrder, and internal operational tools.
- Manage seasonal ERP → B2B data syncs to support go-to-market readiness.
- Audit and maintain clean, structured data used across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Inventory & Data Integrity
- Own daily and weekly inventory accuracy, variance analysis, and stock adjustments.
- Lead cycle counts and investigates discrepancies with 3PL leadership.
- Reconcile ERP vs. warehouse inventory and implement corrective workflows.
EDI & Compliance Management
- Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot EDI transmissions and retailer requirements.

THE PURPOSE:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager supports the Logistics & Operations team by ensuring that inbound and outbound operations are balanced and DC/3PL operations are optimized. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by enabling data-driven decision-making and minimizing errors across logistics workflows, collaborating with procurement, planning, customer service, sales and the DC operations.

- Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to align inventory levels with forecasted customer needs

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. Seeking a conscientious and meticulous Technical Writer to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex geophysical software engineering and professional communication. You will be responsible for the end-to-end proposal process and the creation of high-quality technical documentation that ensures our global clients, including organizations like the CTBTO—receive clear, compliant, and user-friendly information.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Facilitation & Management
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of the proposal process, from sending "Intent to Bids" and queries to procurement, to the final submission .
- Compliance & Formatting: Create technical and financial templates, integrate boilerplate text, and ensure every submission strictly adheres to procurement requirements.
- Data Management: Build complex tables for team data, manage staffing information, and format/edit staff CVs to meet RFP standards.
- Final Submission: Handle secure delivery, including PDF encryption, SHA verification, and multi-step email submissions. Maintain organized archives in SharePoint and Google Drive.
2. Technical Writing & Editing
- Documentation: Author professional user manuals, installation guides, quick-reference guides, white papers, and case studies.
- Refinement: Edit technical content produced by non-native English speakers to ensure professional clarity and tone.
- Visuals: Create and maintain infographics used across proposals and documentation to simplify complex concepts.
3. Qualifications
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the errors others miss.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to "write original text" that translates technical specs into value propositions.

Role Responsibilities
1. Partner with Stakeholders to Define Routine Learning Needs
Act as the operational hub in a matrixed global environment, aligning enterprise, regional, and local
stakeholders on learning requirements, deployment timelines, exception handling, and reporting
expectations.
2. Set Up and Process Compliance Learning Assignments
Create learning assignments using established rules and audience groups, validate assignment
accuracy, and monitor processing for global learner populations.
3. Support Multi-Language Content Management
Upload translated course files, establish content equivalencies, and ensure learners receive
appropriate regional language options (currently English, Spanish, French, French Canadian, Swedish,
and Dutch).
4. Upload and Refresh Workday-Hosted Content
Download, upload, and test new or updated learning packages from third-party vendors. Maintain
version control and ensure proper retirement of outdated content.
5. Upload and Refresh External Vendor Content (API-Delivered)
Review and maintain API-integrated content, collaborate with HRIS / ST teams to resolve integration
issues, evaluate newly released content with stakeholders, and maintain global equivalencies.
6. Run Standard Reports and Track Compliance Completion Rates
In collaboration with current support team, ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate
compliance reporting and completion metrics.
7. Monitor Assignment Processing and Resolve Errors
Review batch statuses, troubleshoot assignment failures, update impacted worker records, and
re-trigger learning where appropriate.
8. Manage Audience Creation, Engagement Assignments, and Recurring Compliance Cycles
Define and validate audiences based on Workday attributes (e.g., job family group, job level,
country). Build learning programs and recurring assignments and support annual/ongoing
compliance cycles.
9. Support Communications and Deployment Logistics
Prepare learner notifications using approved templates, support translation distribution, and
coordinate updates for new or refreshed compliance courses in partnership with SMEs and Internal
Communications.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment.
* Familiarity with Workday Learning preferred but not required.
* Experience with Percipio, including content upload or API-based integrations, is a plus.
* Strong reporting and data management capabilities, with the ability to interpret, validate,
and present learning data accurately.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing,
conditional formulas).
* Comfort navigating digital workflows, technical configurations, and large datasets within
enterprise learning platforms.

Position description
The Perlmutter Lab at UC Berkeley is seeking applications for an Assistant Researcher that specializes in the analysis of wide-field imaging and spectroscopic data from ground-based (e.g., Subaru/HSC) and space-based observatories (e.g., HST, JWST, and the recently announced Lazuli), as well as the design and planning of related observing programs.
The Assistant Researcher will be charged with performing independent research aimed at improving the precision and accuracy of observational cosmology experiments, namely those that rely on measuring luminosity distance with redshift, and particularly measurements of the expansion rate. The candidate will lead efforts to develop and/or adapt cutting-edge image analysis and statistical techniques for the purpose of improving the precision of such luminosity distance cosmology experiments, with a lean toward space-based datasets.
We expect the candidate to play a leadership role in this research, which is expected to require a small to mid-size research effort involving grad students and/or postdocs, and ideally multiple funding sources. They will present their research at inter/national conferences and publish work in peer-reviewed journals, either as lead author or in a mentorship role to others.
The Assistant Researcher's routes of inquiry would help advance key UC Berkeley cosmology initiatives, in part by bringing together a range of experts who can apply novel advanced statistical techniques not typically deployed in the field.

- Expertise with processing and analyzing imaging data from space telescope facilities such as the Hubble and James Webb Space Telescopes.
- Expert in the identification and control of systematic errors in observational cosmology experiments.
- Strong publication record at well-respected journals.
- Experience mentoring students and junior colleagues.
